Pros:

Staff were very accommodating, breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Booking.com stated the room had a sofa bed when in fact did not. Use the direct website for booking. They also ran my card twice for the pre-authorization, but was fixed upon departure.

Exceptional property. Probably one of the cleanest and well mannered professional staff I have met. Above and beyond in meeting needs and welcoming.

Me and my mother appreciate a safe and beautiful day thank you so much. Best Western at flathead Lake.
Pros:

This property was beautiful well maintained plenty of fresh flowers and nature outside. Everything was so clean so inviting this hotel takes so much pride and how they look.

It was a great get away weekend.
Pros:

The Breakfast was great with lots of variety and staff were present to help if needed. The coffee was really good. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean and private.

Cons:

Needs some updates in carpeting. Room was a long way from main entrance.
