The heating/cooling unit makes pretty loud noise. So we had to turn it off. They must replace it.

The staff and the cleanliness of my room was the best thing
I did not like that. There was not an elevator from the parking garage or a back stairway that could get you from the parking garage to the hotel in a more timely fashion. And I was very appalled of the fact that you had to pay for your breakfast. I would think after the money you pay at an establishment like that the breakfast should be complementary, but being as it wasn’t, I ended my stay abruptly after the staff member told me I had to pay for breakfast, so I went up to my room, packed my stuff and I left. I will not give Doubletree my business again, and I also made made this known to a lot of my colleagues that traveled to the St. Louis area to not use your facility because of such things

A/C didn’t adjust at all, so was a bit warm. No real curtain in the room, just a screen and our window faced the parking garage so the vehicle lights were not great for sleep.
The area is beautiful and has parking. Hotel was really nice. We didn’t get a chance to explore the area but it was in a really nice part of town.
Such a delight sitting at Forest park, St. Louis location. Supervisor Cat is THE BEST! So helpful, extremely friendly, and greets you with her beautiful smile! Ask for Cat when u arrive & enjoy such a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is wonderful! So close to everything. Such a great hotel all around.
I thought I liked the fact that when I brought all the problems from my room #724, to the attention of the manager named Stephanie, she was responsive and said she would refund my hotel cost. But so far I have only been refunded parking of $15, and the $25 hold they put on my credit card? I have tried multiple times to reach out to Stephanie or anyone at the hotel to find out where my refund is, or if I need to go through booking.com to get my refund since I booked through them originally? I tried four times on Saturday to call and talk to someone and I was put on hold by a guy named Alex, and he forgot about me every time?!
I took the time to write a list out for the manager of the problems in my room including dirty, Dusty, no washcloths, Extremely Loud HVAC, a badly broken alarm clock, Etc. And I was told I would have a refund as a result, but my account is still not showing the hotel room refund?! Are they just slow to replace my money, or did they just lie to me to get me out of there?

Garage parking was tight.
Cat was so kind and helpful! She is truly a great representative for your company. She went out of her way to help me with a reservation and made it stress free! This level of customer service makes me want to utilize the Hilton hotels more often. We are most grateful for Cats professionalism!

The location was excellent, was in town to attend an event at the Cathedral. The room was really nice. Also, glad there was a restaurant right there.

Location was great. Room was spacious and comfortable, bed was comfortable.
They were having a lot of trouble with the heating, one night we had no heat and it was winter. They did offer to move us but it was late and we were working the next day, so declined. The next night the heat was barely enough. When we checked out, I overheard them moving another guest due to the same issue we were having - unresponsive thermostat...
