The hotel was near the hospital where my loved one was admitted to.

Cons:

The tub and bathroom floor was not clean. The bath towels were dirty. had a really big stain on it.

Great stay that’s close to the children’s hospital
Pros:

The proximity to St Louis Children’s, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

That there is no hotel access from the parking garage. It was very cold and having to walk from the 2nd level back outside and then into the hotel was a bit disappointing. Not a deal breaker but definitely not something I was expecting.

Convenient location. Dirty with huge safety concerns.
Pros:

Convenient location for visiting hospital. Dirty and safety concerns. Upon arrival found room was dirty. Comforter had blood on it. Nightstand had dried food on it. Lamp and vents covered in dust. Wallpaper peeling off in halls. After returning from a day out found room door was left opened. Manager said it was housekeeping however room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced.
