A very nice respite in a lovely part of town.
Pros:

The location was excellent, was in town to attend an event at the Cathedral. The room was really nice. Also, glad there was a restaurant right there.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The whole place was run down, in poor repair, not very clean and very expensive. The staff was overwhelmed, I observed 1 man Alex, being rude to other guests
Water damage on hallway walls visible with mold, peeling paint and mildew in hotel room bathroom, empty mutiuse toiletry containers in the shower, the extra roll of toilet paper was damp and mildewed, the window blinds were shear letting in the parking lot lights, I turned off the tv, it didn't work after that it needed to have the router reset to my personal stay by maintenance in my room,which they did in about an hour, i could only use the tv streaming services by entering my personal information including email and phone #, no local channels available. The heater was loud clanking each time it turned on and off and was either on full blast or not at all, no breakfast was offered, good thing because the night reception said it was included day reception said it cost 14$ for the same stuff included at most other hotels for free

Great location check the thermostat on arrival...
Pros:

Location was great. Room was spacious and comfortable, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

They were having a lot of trouble with the heating, one night we had no heat and it was winter. They did offer to move us but it was late and we were working the next day, so declined. The next night the heat was barely enough. When we checked out, I overheard them moving another guest due to the same issue we were having - unresponsive thermostat...

The hotel was near the hospital where my loved one was admitted to.

Cons:

The tub and bathroom floor was not clean. The bath towels were dirty. had a really big stain on it.
