Mi habitación tenía varios defectos por el pasar del tiempo, no de la mano con una habitación de 115$ por noche. Llamé 4 veces a recepción de noche por más toallas ya que éramos 3 y solo dieron 2 y nadie respondió.

Buena ubicación con
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y la variedad del desayuno está bien. Las chicas de la recepción no atendieron mi solicitud de eliminar el cargo a la tarjeta de crédito y pagar con otra. Fue totalmente imposible

Cons:

La habitación tiene el piso completamente de cerámica, lo que no resulta cómodo para andar descalzo. La puerta de vidrio del baño no cerraba bien y la manigueta estaba suelta. El grifo del lavatorio se abría y cerraba con dificultad. El clóset tenía una luz que se suponía que se apagaba cuando se cerraba, pero no tenía la tranca; por lo tanto, quedaba encendido. Solo tiene una lámpara de mesa de noche, por lo que tuve que pedir que me trajeran la otra. El último día no nos limpiaron la habitación, por lo que tuve que pedir que al menos nos cambiaran las toallas. Uno de los bombillos del cielo raso se quedaba encendido aunque le apagáramos desde el interruptor. Habitación 2001 Aug 2026

A good hotel, probably great some years ago.
Pros:

The location is great. The complementary breakfast was very good. The connection with the outlet mall is a plus.

Cons:

The rooms look old and had lost the glow. One given day, we had a problem with the room's maintenance and when consulted their response was unexpectedly unsatisfactory. Let's say it's a bit pricey for the room's condition.

Inconveniente con la reservación

Me gusta las instalaciones y el buffet en el desayuno.

Cons:

Primeramente no me gustó haber reservado por Booking una habitación vista al mar en el Decapolis y cuando voy a hacer el check in me digan que no hay disponible habían con vista al mar, luego me dicen que en el hotel megapolis si había habitación vista al mar por el mismo precio. Yo confío y nos vamos al hotel Megapolis nos entregan la llave de la habitación y cuando subimos tenemos vista a la ciudad y no con vista al mar como me habían dicho.
Simplemente ya no quise reclamar ya que veníamos de paseo familiar y mejor evitar perder más tiempo.

Solicito que puedan mejorar esa manera de manejar las reservas con booking y no hacer creer a las personas que reservamos una habitación X y cuando vayan ya no hay disponibles.

Experiencia con amigas Muy buena
Pros:

La atención del muchacho que nos atendió en la piscina , nos hizo unas piña colada muy lindas decoradas y ricas! Su atención fue la mejor ! El chico de la recepción también miu amable. Al llegar nos ayudaron con el equipaje. Todo fue muy bueno , la pasamos genial. El restaurante del desayuno estaba muy lleno y no había puestos, el desayuno fue bueno . En general todo bien!

El restaurante muy lleno, no había puestos , pero si nos dirigían dónde podíamos comer , pero lo ideal sería que fuese allí.
