"Comfortable and professional hotel, but clothing was stole from our room"
Pros:

I stayed at Decapolis Hotel in Panama for four nights during a work trip. The purpose of our trip was not only to stay as guests but also to observe how a larger hotel operates, since we operate a smaller hotel ourselves, so we paid attention to service, systems, and overall operations.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and main roads. Our rooms were cleaned daily and were always clean and comfortable when we returned in the evenings. Breakfast had a reasonable variety of options, enough for us to have different choices over the four days. The staff were professional, organized, and guest-focused, which we appreciated and learned from.

Cons:

However, there was one issue that we were not pleased with. one member of our group realized that a piece of clothing was missing from her room. At the time, we did not pursue it because our overall stay had been going well. However, after returning home, I also realized that two pieces of my clothing were missing as well.

As hotel operators ourselves, this was disappointing for us. We believe this is an area the hotel should review and improve, as incidents like this can affect guest trust.

Overall, the hotel has a great location, professional staff, and good systems in many areas, but better control procedures for guest belongings and housekeeping accountability would make the guest experience much stronger.
