Cons:

La très forte odeur des produits nettoyants. Quasi toxique!
Le bruit. La présence du personnel qui entre pour venir porter des choses ou chercher le cabaret en frappant à peine... ?
Nous avions réservé au Décapolis et on nous a transférer à côté. Très longue file d'attente avant le check in... pénible.

Dirty rooms that require renovation. Encounters of cockroaches and bed bugs. Bathroom needs renovation, water was all over the floor after taking a shower.

Cons:

El servicio durante el desayuno fue malo. Las damas "atendiendo" lo hacían como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Si no estan dispuesta a acercarse a la mesa para ofrecer alguna bebida caliente, entonces coloquen las mismas al alcance del cliente. No son amables y fue desagradable verlas conversar miéntras esperas a que tal vez se acerquen a tu mesa y te ofrezcan algo de buenas maneras y con cortesía. Increíble.
