Sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage .

Großes Zimmer

Cons:

Direkt vor unserem Zimmerfenster hatte der Hotelchef einen Bildschirm für Public Viewing der Fußball WM mit Biergarten aufbauen lassen.
Die Beschallung dauerte bis 24 Uhr.
Für die 2. und 3. Nacht hatte man uns freundlicherweise ein Ausweichquartier angeboten, worauf wir wegen unseres vielen Gepäcks verzichteten.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war herausragend. Alle vorher übermittelten Informationen waren hilfreich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Restaurant des Hauses hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar im Zimmer war trist, aber funktioniert hat alles.

Wir haben das Hotel spontan gebucht und nicht bereut.
Vom erste Telefonat über die Ankunft bis zur Abreise, Herr Karzanov war die ganze Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat die Gäste empfangen, verabschiedet, fragen beantwortet, die Tische beim Frühstück gereinigt und neu eingedeckt und immer mit einem offenen Lächeln und strahlenden Augen.
Aber auch alle anderen Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich.
Die Zimmer sind sauber mit bequemen Betten und einener guten Klimaanlage. Bei über 30 ° Außentemperatur sehr willkommen.
Am Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch dort war die Bedienung sehr freundlich.
Das Parkhaus ist sehr nah und gut zu erreichen.
Gerne immer wieder.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage, vom Komfort und der Ausstattung sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, man kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auch der Weg zur Donau und der Steinernen Brücke ist kurz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

Die Bedienung des Lifts ist etwas umständlich. Die Gartenterrasse könnte ein wenig länger geöffnet sein.
