Not enough options offered for vegetarians or vegans. Food was warm. Need to replenish buffet quicker during the rush hours.

Very nice upgraded rooms. Smoking smell in the halways was not great, but the rooms did not smell like smoke. Otherwise, breakfast was wonderful and staff very friendly.
Residence Inn never fails too please.
It was a really busy morning and it was close to breakfast end and we had a line to wait in for more food.

The hotel is overall good, but the noise levels are high, it's easy to hear neighboring rooms. Breakfast is decent, though the menu lacks variety for stays longer than three days.
The property was conveniently located near the mall and other restaurants.
It is not as updated as the photos imply. We ended up having to move hotels because our AC was not working and the room was 78 degrees and not cooling. The manager was not as helpful as someone who should have been about the situation. She told us that it will take time for the room to cool and it was probably working. I had to tell her the room went up in temp since maintenance came in so the AC was not working. I asked her to kindly refund us as we were not going to stay in that room with our baby, she said fine.

The hotel is old and the bathroom wall was cracked. The pillows were old and worn out. The furniture was old and worn out. We will not stay here again. Very disappointed.
I enjoyed the stay. Convenient location. Parking lot is too small. Don’t agree with housekeeping policy. 5 night stay and we were scheduled for cleaning on day 4. Front desk staff moved that up without. Problem.

Should have service every day!!!!! Paying for the room every day!!! Having to get towels from the front desk is not very desirable….
