Excellent hotel for families!
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I traveled with my five- and seven-year-old, and they loved every minute of it—especially the pool and the kids’ club. The kids’ club staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, making my children feel so welcome that they wanted to go back every single day.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options and even champagne, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom villa with a living room and kitchenette, which was perfect for our family. The room was stunning, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean.

Overall, the staff were warm and friendly, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice, but overpriced, its an old Hotel that needs a lot of improvement in their service and facilities
Pros:

The food is amazing. All the restaurants serving high quality food.

Cons:

Cleaningness could be better, hallways are not vacuumed, one full week and the soap hand of our bathroom was not filled even. In the restaurant the staff that was serving on the tables was very nice, but the kitchen people was not just “not nice”, but actually rude. Also you need to pay the umbrella and sun bed at the beach, how come? They say the beach is not private, its not from the Hotel, but funny the staff working there was with hotel uniform.

We are currently staying at this resort, and we are having a wonderful experience! This is a fantastic place for families. The apartments are spacious, beautiful, and having a private garden makes the stay even more enjoyable.
The pools are excellent, and the beach is just a short walk away. The beach itself is absolutely stunning, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
We have also been very impressed with the friendly reception staff, the excellent service, the cleanliness throughout the resort, and the welcoming atmosphere. Everything has exceeded our expectations, and we truly feel comfortable here.
The only small suggestion for improvement would be the prices in the restaurants and bars. If they were a little more affordable, we believe more guests would choose to stay, eat, and enjoy drinks within the resort.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this resort to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Portugal. We would definitely love to come back! 🌴☀️

Good choice for family holiday!
Pros:

The resort is in good location, very easy to go to central of town as well as other famous beaches. Staffs are very friendly and professional. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

There are not too much choices for breakfast, it's very basic.
