Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to the city centre by car.
The staff were exceptional — always smiling, friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. The beach was beautiful, and the rooms were spotless, very clean, and comfortable.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!
The only minor downsides were that the breakfast area was quite overcrowded at times, and the breakfast selection was more or less the same every day, so a bit more variety would have been appreciated.
The pools were also quite busy with children, which made them less relaxing at certain times, especially for guests looking for a quieter atmosphere.

O quarto que me foi atribuido. O estado das paredes não estáva consentaneo com um equipamento de 5 estrelas. Reclamei por causa desse facto dizendo que como estavam aigumas paredes do quarto este nunca deveria ser alugado a ninguém. Em abono da verdade proposeram-me na hora, alterar de quarto mas eu não aceitei, uma vez que já tinha desmanchado as malas e não queria ter outra vez o trabalho de arrumar aquilo tudo. A partir daí foram de uma delicadeza e lisura até à nossa saída, digna de nota.

Położenie hotelu, bliskość do plaży, otoczenie i personel są naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie :) Wszyscy są bardzo pomocni, miło jest też spędzać czas nad basenem. Hotel nie jest zatłoczony, jedzenie dobre. Baseny przystosowane do dzieci w różnym wieku. Piękne, zielone otoczenie hotelu.
Pokoje wymagałyby lekkiego odświeżenia (pod kątem zasłon, mebli, szczególnie w części apartamentowej). Mają pełne wyposażenie, ale jest ono już nieco zużyte, co wpływa na odbiór pokoi.

The spa was only half open (not all water features were working), and my wife was asked to pay £25 to use the facilities and £3 for a hat. We were staying in a villa, so the price should have been zero. They did not ask her about this just asked her to pay, which she did not in the end, but not a great experience.
