Pros:

The hotel is in impecable condition. Extremely well maintained and very clean. Every single staff from the receptionist, to the cleaners, to the restaurants to the spa staffs were polite and friendly at all times. All in all excellent customer services. My children loved every minute of being there. The kids club staff were superb.

Cons:

They should consider an all inclusive package especially for people like me that have children. It will be great for families.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h, il pleuvait, nous n’avons pas été autorisé à aller à la piscine couverte. Le lendemain non plus car il fallait réserver au préalable. Donc nous sommes repartis à 10h sans avoir pu profiter d’aucun équipement de l’etablissement. De plus, pour le déjeuner, nous avons dû aller dans la mezzanine qui était très sombre et qui n’avait aucune vue! Et pour finir, je trouve scandaleux que les œufs ne soient pas cuits à la minute et que tout est prêt dans des auto-cuiseurs!

Cons:

Apartamentos a cheirar a humidade, mal limpa a cozinha e moveis, cortinas cheias de pó, móveis com gordura, camas com colchões velhos e check out as 10h com check in as 16h. Fila enorme pequeno almoço.

Boa experiência, bom pequeno almoço.

Excelente pequeno almoço, com muita variedade.

A localização é naturalmente boa, a praia de Sta Eulália é muito bonita e relativamente calma (para esta altura do ano), pese embora o areal ser bastante curto.

Os funcionários do hotel estão bem preparados e sempre simpáticos.

O ginásio muito bem equipado, com máquinas praticamente novas de elevada qualidade. (pff arranjem o AC da sala das passadeiras)

O hotel é muito amplo, muito estacionamento e em 3m é possível chegar a albufeira.

Cons:

A informação de que o acesso ao spa da parte da tarde é pago devia ser estar mais explicita aquando da reserva.

Apesar do spa ser gratuito da parte da manhã, sauna e banho turco estão inacessíveis nesse horário.

Na primeira noite demos de cara com um uma amiga barata no nosso quarto.

Diria que em época alta as piscinas serão poucas e pequenas para a capacidade do hotel.

Pros:

Su personal amable, su limpieza en cada lugar del hotel, un hotel muy completo para disfrutar con niños, su ocio es súper completo.

Cons:

No me gustó que en el estudio el lavamanos estuviera atascado y devolvía el gis sucia con mugre desagradable y olía fatal.
Otra opinión es que para ser Resort deberían de tener un todo incluido en su tarifa de estancia.
