Hotel refuses to allow shortened stay
Pros:

Hotel refuses to allow a shortened stay even though service/food terrible and everyone unhappy. They refuse to refund a pre-paid week long stay via bookings.com. Bookings.Com currently to get a refund now but they also refusing to negotiate with them.
We arrived yesterday - room air con not working, food buffet terrible and very limited, sent to hotel pizza Restuarant which was also not good. This is supposed to be a 5 star resort. Hotel corridors smell bad and bath plugs jammed so can’t shower properly. The hotel say we must rather just eat breakfast here and get an uber to another restuarant for lunch and dinner. I offered to pay one day and move elsewhere but the hotel refuse to refund and will not make any exceptions despite the poor service. I am stuck here with an upset family. This hotel is NOT 5 star!! I hope bookings.com also remove it from their listings as a 5 star resort immediately.

Overall a nice week in a well situated hotel.. would definitely recommend..
Pros:

Location was great and pools were also well situated for access..lovely beach and literally a private affair.. restaurants locations were just lovely..

Cons:

Very limited entertainment, also we found the people at the reception a bit cold at times. Few other things we found strange were that apartments were required to checkout by 10 while hotel rooms allowed till 12 when apartments are far away from the main hotel building.. another ( not a big issue though) was that one had no option for giving beach towels return near to the pools , which meant one had to bring them always to the reception from far away apartments..

Presents as ultimate luxury but doesnt quite deliver
Pros:

Amazing beaches. Beautiful facility. Easy parking. Great base of operations to see the Algarve.

Cons:

The room floor was dirty and stained. We had to ask the room to be made up as singles instead of a king even though that is specifically what we requested when reserving. We never got robes, even after request. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The dinner wasn’t. But the Atlantico and Le Club were amazing. There were a lot of kids, this is a family friendly resort.

Amazing stay , totally recommendable
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, the fruit was really high quality and it was huge in options . Fast to being assigned to a table and option to be also outside looking at the pool / sea.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Lovely property with great amenities.

Cons:

The rooms and halls are tired- need a refresh in paint and carpeting and tile. Not well marked to get places in a sprawling complex.

Gostei muita da localização e da praia.
Pros:

O melhor deste hotel é a sua excelente localização, mesmo na praia.

Cons:

As casas de banho dos quartos não são dignas de um 5 estrelas. A banheira, sobretudo, é muito velha.
