Pros:

Die Nähe zum Marktplatz

Cons:

Es roch wie im muffigen Kellerraum. Die Fenstergriffe so weit oben, dass man kaum dran kommt. Kein Schallschutz. Jede Spülung von oben zu hören, jedes reden vor der Tür zu hören und jede Aufzugsfahrt. Absolut keine 4 Sterne.

Lo staff cordiale e gentile. Assolutamente fantastica la camera grandissima con affaccio sul canale , la pulizia , la colazione sulla terrazza da dove si vedono perfettamente le tre torri , impagabile. La posizione in pieno centro.

A super location and very easy to get into the centre of Ghent on foot.
Pros:

The hotel was well located and the staff were very helpful on arrival, putting our bags into the bag store. I had notified them that it was my birthday in advance and they gave us a room overlooking the river at my request. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice - the eggs were particularly good! The bed was super comfortable and the room had a nice view of the river/canal but was a little high up to see easily. There was lovely little bar opposite which had very friendly staff and delicious (if expensive) cocktails!

Cons:

Our room was next to the kitchen area for breakfast and so there was quite alot of noise the night before when they were setting up a meal for that evening ( we think groups were using the hotel and being catered for) and around breakfast in the morning.

Great, quiet hotel, just one block from major old-town attractions. Excellent breakfasts!
Pros:

We had the quad room and loved it! Very spacious, with a large, clean bathroom. The breakfast room is large and on the top floor, with a view, and the breakfast offerings were varied and delicious.

clean rooms, pleasant staff, breakfast tasty

Cons:

information sent for carparks stated 15 min walk was 30 minutes, too cramped and not enough clean plates, bowls etc in breakfast room. Not enough variety for tea/coffee making facilties

La habitación que contratamos era amplia y bien estructurada y la cama es muy cómoda para descansar. Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos guardaron las maletas.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to many sightseeings, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The surrounding area however is very quiet at night, so there’s virtually no noise. The rooms are very spacious, while the personnel is very friendly and polite.
