It looked pleasant.
The staff at the reception counter was very rude. Although there were no bed bugs, I requested the sheets be changed because of a big yellow "stain" on the mattress cover and mysterious curly hairs everywhere. The humidity causes the AC to smell moldy but because of lack of maintenance, there is a green sludge leaking from the outside of the AC units.

The ac went out in middle of the night.and the did nothing.
The hotel was very nice.
In Fulton,Mo., the road leading to thier hotels are in very poor condition. Alot of chewed up and pothole filled concrete.
The representatives were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory, I would have preferred scrambled eggs and already warmed biscuits, other than those 2 items, we did not go hungry for a breakfast meal and did not purchase breakfast anywhere else.
Our room was clean and comfortable to satisfaction- my only complaint was that I was expecting to see per my hotel reservations and its room description a lake front view; there was not a lake.
Convenient location and near our grandchildren.
Breakfast was ok, would have liked a little more variety. Pool was cold. Not heated. My grandson would not stay in more than 10 mins one day and jumped in and out the second day. We were not given much info when we checked in, ie breakfast hours, but most importantly, were not told that housekeeping was only every 3 days unless requested. We were there 4 days so no housekeeping,, trash was full and went to housekeeping in hall for towels.
