Do yourself a favor and AVOID staying at this place!
Pros:

Location near the Central Train / Bus Station is convenient.

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived at 3:45 PM, so I had to wait while it was made up, building has no elevator, which I knew, but the room was on the 3rd floor and stairs were much steeper and numerous than expected, bed was also very uncomfortable, worst of all someone at 2am decided to start heavily smoking cigarettes in a neighboring room, the smell woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep, and now all of my clothes smell like cigarette smoke.
Nobody at front desk was available at any time during my stay because it wasn't staffed with anyone, but at least check in instructions were clear. Extremely small, extremely basic room with absolutely no amenities beyond an 18 inch TV and a small refrigerator, only one electricity outlet next to the bed, which I had to move to get access to charge my phone, one of the lamps was burnt out, and there is no shower curtain or shower door so using the shower soaks the entire bathroom. Given the price of over 40 Euro per night, this room was absolutely overpriced and I would not stay here again. Thank God I was only here for one night, had my reservation been for longer I would have looked for somewhere else to stay. There is a Ramada Inn property very close to this location, I would suggest spending the extra money and staying there (or anywhere else for that matter) instead of here.

Also worth noting how defensive the owner / property manager gets whenever someone dares write a negative review... It's always the guest's fault, the hotel itself is blameless, excuses, excuses, excuses. The negative reviews are real, folks. I just wish I had taken the time to read them more thoroughly before deciding to book a room at this place. I fully expect the manager to respond in the same way to this review, which of course they're free to do, but please believe me when I say that there are an awful lot of unsatisfied guests of this property, and after staying here, I can understand why.

Pros:

The location was alright and it was a walking distance to all the things you might wanna see

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes and I wouldn't consider the room clean.
The bathroom was okay but each time you took a shower it would be flooded with water everywhere as there was one small drain in the centre of it (there was no shower cabin)

Stanze comode e piuttosto pulite, ampie comode. Camere luminose spaziose. Bagno con finestra ben arieggiato e senza odori sgradevoli. Ubicato in zona comoda e ben servita.

Cons:

Camere un po' troppo rumorose. Doccia che allaga troppo il bagno.

Buena, me he sentidom muy agusto en el espacio.
Pros:

El apartamento es amplio, y está muy bien aislado termicamente. A pesar de estar a 0 grados en la calle, el interior se mantiene caliente sin calefacción. Las ventanas son de PVC con cristales gordos, y también aislan bien del ruido.

Cons:

El sofá del comedor, ya empieza a estar muy gastado.
