Bliska lokalizacja metra i starego miasta. Obok hotelu kebab i pizzeria, sklepik osiedlowy. Pokój czysty,świeża pościel. Duża łazienka z gorącą wodą.

Assolutamente niente, terribile.

Poiché il mio precedente appartamento ha cancellato la mia prenotazione all'ultimo minuto, appena atterrato a Sofia, ho dovuto trovare rapidamente un'alternativa, quindi ho prenotato questo hotel, Twain Apart&Rooms, ma circa 20 minuti dopo sono arrivato e l'ho trovato così sporco, in una zona così brutta e pericolosa e così squallido che ho dovuto chiedere la cancellazione. Ho parlato con il proprietario e mi ha detto che non era possibile. Vi esorto gentilmente a non includere questo tipo di hotel su Booking, è davvero pessimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Se fosse possibile un rimborso integrale,
dato che sono un cliente e di solito utilizzo la vostra app, lo apprezzerei. Grazie.

Додатковий комплект трохи не по розміру дівана. І дуже дуже шумно на вулиці але до самих апартаментів це не має ніякого відношення
