Un super séjour dans un cadre agréable et un personnel très gentil.
Pros:

Super bien placé , bien aménagé. Une chambre refaite et bien décoré. Super literie. Un balcon qui permet de profiter du soleil. Cadre très agréable.

Pros:

Beautiful location, hotel rooms not overly large but adequate. Wi-Fi in the rooms is outdated and slow. The buffet food is more than adequate, although the quality was much lower this year: too much rice and pasta with too little good sauce. One day, fries were served, and the chef beamed because everyone ate so much. The pork stew was very tasty but contained too many large chunks of fat. We've known the hotel for years, and this was the least we enjoyed. We're looking forward to next year.

colazione a buffet abbondante e varia peccato il pavimento della sala appiccicava sotto ai piedi....

Cons:

struttura sporca molto sotto gli standard italiani di pulizia, in bagno praticamente pulivano quasi nulla (gocce di dentifricio lasciate nel lavandino e non pulite ) pavimento lasciato sporco dopo le nostre docce.
per me rifacevano solo il letto.

Not good for local character
Pros:

Out in the boondocks, eat on the property or drive quite a way, road into the property needs attention, brush encroaches on road. Far away from Old Arles. Internet was difficult to connect to and very slow. Not enough sockets for charging electronics. While comfortable it's more for people who want time in the country with additional paid amusements. Duvet too thick for room temperature, had to sleep outside bedding.

Séjour très agréable malheureusement un peu court, pour nous … une Équipe très sympathique, accessible, serviable et à l’écoute… c’est important aussi ! Très peu d’imperfections seulement à mes yeux l’amplitude des horaires au sujet de la piscine et de la restauration, (cuisine assez simple pour un 4 étoiles même en Hotelerie de Tourisme mais c’est bon tout de même, peut-être par manque de personnel ou par faute de nos amis les moustiques :((
Les extérieurs, les plages de la piscine un petit manque d’entretien : et la troisième marche dans l’eau un casse figure :(( en extérieur sortie côté laverie pas d’éclairage idem un peu compliqué à 22h lumière de nos portables en fonctionnement …un spot très sympathique et très reposant et notre logement sympa !! Une clientèle agréable ça c’est important aussi !!Ah une grande insatisfaction au sujet des parasols ⛱️ ou très peu de transats à l’ombre compte tenu de cette canule donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter de ce loisir au maximum ! Les clients indisciplinés et irrespectueux des autres ont immobilisé la plupart des transats protégés du fort soleil par leurs serviettes de bain à la journée pendant leurs absences… du parc aquatique… me semble-t-il ? Nous reviendrons peut-être prochainement !! 🤔🙂🫶👋‼️
