Mostly everything was very good. However, I do think the hotel should stop using the fragrance in the lobby and on the guest room floors. Whether it comes from an air freshener, cleaning products, or another scent source, it creates a strong artificial chemical smell that is unpleasant and can cause headaches.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms smell clean, the staff is friendly, and even the dining area has a pleasant atmosphere. However, the smell in the lobby and corridors is quite overwhelming and creates a stark contrast with the fresh sea air outside.

Every time you enter the hotel, you are met with a synthetic scent that feels more like a cheap air freshener than a luxury hotel fragrance. Unfortunately, it gives the impression of a lower-quality property, which does not reflect the actual beauty and standards of the hotel.

I would strongly recommend reconsidering the scent used in the common areas or significantly reducing its intensity. It would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Il y avait trop brouillon. Toute la nuit, j’ai entendu mes voisins dans l’autre chambre. Y avait une porte qui était fermée dans ma chambre qui est derrière. Ça a été une autre chambre des gens. J’ai entendu tout ce bruit ce qu’ils ont parlé ou quoi que ce soit. . Je trouve que pour cette destination d’être venir proposé. Je n’ai pas été près de écouter toute la soirée des gens qui parlent derrière la porte.
