The amenities of the resort were really nice, tennis-pickleball-pools-beachside chairs-bar-rooms-beach-taxi service-spa-gym. I think the best around. The location was great. The chartered catamaran was terrific!
The restaurants were ok. Sometimes the staff was nice and other times they were not very friendly. The food takes forever to come out of the kitchen. It was good and hot but just not timely. Many items on the menu weren't available.
Unbelievably beautiful beach. Ocean view rooms felt very luxurious and special. Trips arranged through the hotel were excellent.
Restaurant and cafe service is slow, so just go in with reasonable expectations. We had a medical issue at night, and didn't know how to get ahold of anyone. Everything turned out ok, but ask for the property manager's number at check in, in case of emergencies (the number wasn't listed on any of the materials provided at check-in).

The location and general vibe were gorgeous. Complimentary Sunday yoga and Monday tennis lesson were a bonus.
Some of the staff lacked customer face to face (rather looking at their phones) but others like Michael and Dejean were charming

Long Bay was absolutely stunning. Akil took care of us from the time we got there until the time we left. The rooms and location are absolutely beautiful. This is a must stay location for couples and anyone looking to get away with their partner or couples. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice room. Great pool. Beach beautiful but not really good for swimming.
The hotel is beautiful and our beach villa was awesome. You wake up with a view of the ocean and sitting on the deck and looking out at the waves and hearing them crash on the beach was so relaxing. The food was great and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend a screen over the bathroom window because people walking by can see you when you're getting ready in the bathroom. Also, my wife likes to sleep in a little and there are no curtains or anything in the bedroom that can block out the morning sunlight, just screens that go up and down, but they don't really filter much light. And our toilet room next to the bathroom continuously smelled like urine, which was odd. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to unwind and relax. The beach villas are perfect for this.
The staff made this experience impeccable! It’s the perfect place to go for a quiet, oasis getaway! The onsite restaurant was nothing short of 5 stars. Every meal was delicious and with a spectacular view!

Lovely beach front suite, all staff were extremely friendly and courteous especially the drivers and servers.
Long Bay Resort is a little slice of paradise on Tortola. We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The food and drinks were amazing and views on the entire property are incredible.
