Excellent hotel
Pros:

They have a great staff here. Nice friendly. The rooms are excellent. We always stay here when we are in NewPort News.

disappointed in this Hilton property.
Pros:

did not buy breakfast too expensive, you should have a free breakfast buffet for the price you have to pay a night.

Im a Hilton Honors Member and I should have at least gotten some kind of discount to eat, $15 for a buffet that really didnt look alll that good is ridicilous

Cons:

there was no water pressure in the sink, there was hair in the sink, hair in the tub and the tub was dirty.

The tv remote did not work but we figured out it needed new batteries so we called to the front desk and they did bring some new batteries up.

I would stay here again , if needed, but would hope for better attention to details.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is located back in a deserted area.

The housekeeping staff did not service my room the day after my first night. Therefore, the coffee station did not get refilled and the body wash in the shower (which was almost empty when I got there) did not get refilled. I had to ask the front desk for body wash, which they readily accommodated.

The water pressure for the shower was a trickle.
