It was good with good location

Loved this location, easy stroll to all of the amazing historical sites,and fabulous neighborhood restaurants.
You are also right by the bridge of flowers, which is delightful. You can easily access the beautiful river park!
Highlight of this hotel is the incredibly helpful and kind staff. Jesus was amazing. He absolutely takes a little extra to make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed at this hotel - must point out that everybody there was lovely! Friendly, welcoming and of course very professional this includes the housekeeping ladies who dropped off little chocolates and extra coffee with a smile.
The hotel is beautiful with an open courtyard and a lovely spa, which is a pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi jets, Great after long walks, plus steam room, a sauna and a gym.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Currently enjoying our last night at this lovely hotel. From the minute you arrive you are looked after by the attentive staff . Was greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival and even though arrived at 11am was booked in with no fuss about 3pm arrival times . The breakfast is lovely and as ever the staff are fantastic. Hotel is central to most attractions. We were allocated room 19 on the courtyard- which is roomy and although a little dated in the bathroom ( tiles ) a large and accessible room . Overall a wonderful stay mainly down to the wonderful staff especially on the bar side of the hotel. Would recommend to anyone who wishes to stay in Valencia.

We stayed for two nights in room 109 which was excellent as it was quiet being on the courtyard side rather than the noisy street side . The room was very spacious with everything we needed for our stay including a balcony which was perfect. The facilities were great especially the sauna,steam room and indoor pool.
The hotel is a short walk away from the old town shrouded by shops restaurants and bars.
All the staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. We will recommend to our friends

Staff were all the most friendly we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was full buffet style and set us up for the day. Hotel in great location for sight seeing.

Just returned from a brilliant few days in Valencia. This hotel is in a perfect location for the sights, the metro and the restaurants. Very easy to get to and from the airport and cheap. The staff are very helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious, clean and loved the chocolate in the evening. Our room faced the main road but didn’t cause any noise issues. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet and you can order freshly cooked eggs. My only criticism is that the room is not big enough for the number of guests at busy times. Get down before 0845 is my advice and also at weekends it doesn’t open until 0800, be warned if you have a morning flight. However we were allowed in whilst they were still setting up which was appreciated.

Fabulous hotel in this fabulous city - don’t hesitate too book.

The hotel felt welcoming and yet luxurious.

Staff team were superb, very attentive, Jesus specially, everyone was attentive and helpful. Restaurant was really good, great quality and creative meals. Definitely recommend it to anyone exploring Valencia. Perfect location too.

Great location in central Valencia and close to transportation and amenities. The staff was helpful and overall quite nice, and the hotel itself looks new and fresh, so the overall experience was quite good.
