Pros:

Great location in central Valencia and close to transportation and amenities. The staff was helpful and overall quite nice, and the hotel itself looks new and fresh, so the overall experience was quite good.

Cons:

- You need to be escorted to the spa by a member of staff, which can lead to long waits (~10 minutes). This is a bit uncomfortable as you need to wait in reception in your robe and spa slippers while people go along with their business.
- The room was smaller than expected and the TV was positioned at a weird angle that limited movement and made the space feel smaller.
- I was expecting more from the spa facilities (bigger pool, more diversity of water jets)

Een gastvrij hotel op een perfecte locatie. Hond welkom in binnentuin en in de bar.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top Lage. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut. Super gepflegt alles.

Pros:

Personalul extrem de amabil, toti! Pe noi ne-a ajutat Heber în mod special și a alocat mult timp sa ne dea informații pretioase Locația foarte centrala, hotelul foarte curat.In hol zilnic o sticlă de cava rece oferita gratuit turiștilor, și ciocolată in camera. O curte interioara interesanta . O dată pe lună restaurantul oferă un spectacol gratuit clientilor- noi am prins un dans flamenco.

Cons:

Majoritatea camerelor aveau un perete doar de geam , ceea ce ar fi fost excelent pentru lumina, dar era orientat spre curtea interioara iar prin fața geamului era coridorul de trecere . Deci trebuia să tii mereu perdelele trase și noapte și draperiile și să nu vorbesti prea tare ... În curtea interioara (foarte frumoasa) erau canapele , mese unde puteai sta la un pahar sau o țigară dar puțin folosită pentru că trebuia să vorbești în șoaptă sa nu deranjezi turiștii din camere ( camerele având geamul spre curtea interioara)
Hotelul are un bar și un restaurant mic dar functional. Fără dischete demachiante și bețișoare urechi.

Just perfect!
Pros:

Honestly we could not fault this hotel for our first visit to Valencia for an anniversary celebration. Location is excellent, we arrived by Metro (short walk from Colon or Alameda) we used the bus service from the same street which runs along the Turia gardens all the way to the sea. We could easily walk to the historic old town and see the popular sights.
Our room was comfortable and spotless, we slept well, it was surprisingly quiet with good black out curtains bed. Breakfast was fresh with good quality local produce, freshly cooked eggs or omelette and delicious coffee. Service was the best we have had anywhere in Europe and all of the staff are a real asset to this hotel. Everyone from check in, housekeeping, the bar and breakast room were so helpful, friendly and professional. My only regret was not having time to use the spa but we had 4 wonderful days and even got a taste of the early las Fallas celebrations. We would definitely return to this hotel, I don't think you could beat it to be honest!

Un hôtel très classe avec du personnel adorable
Pros:

Super hôtel ! Dès l’accueil tout s’est très bien déroulé. Personnel aux petits soins. Hôtel très agréable au calme proche centre ville. Le spa est super agréable, les chambres superbes.
Médaille d’or à Jesus qui a su entretenir un contact très professionnel, toujours avec le sourire, l’humour (nickel chrome, ça c’est entre nous, il comprendra en relisant le message). Grâce à lui en plus nous avons passé avec ma fille un séjour très sympathique !
Médaille d’argent à Mathilde qui parle très bien le français, normal c’est une française aussi ! 😃. Mais tous sont super sympas aussi.
Nous reviendront c’est sûr et certain. Les restaurant aussi est parfait avec un chef à la hauteur. Bravo à toutes et tous.
