I would visit again overall.
Pros:

Excellent location close to all tourist sites shopping and eating facilities. Very clean and bed was super comfy and best of all the room wasn’t too warm! I hate staying in hotels where you feel suffocated. Super helpful staff.

Cons:

The cooked breakfast. So not really about the property. Continental choice pretty limited and cooked choice contained the strangest scrambled eggs. Coffee was nice though.

Great location but need to improve Breakfast Facilities
Pros:

The location was ideal! The Edinburgh Playhouse is just across the road as is the Omni centre with bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel which was great for getting to Ocean Terminal and up to Princes Street. The St James quarter is just a few minutes walk up the hill. The room itself was spacious and bathroom facilities were clean. The staff were very helpful with local information. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was chaos!

Not enough tables or staff on both days we stayed, given that all guests are staying on a B&B basis.
Ran out of cutlery, cups, bowls and plates. We had to take travel cups for hot drinks and wooden cutlery. This was the only down side of our stay.

Pros:

Hotel was fine Staff were fine Breakfast was fine

Cons:

Given an attic room where the wind howled and vibrated loudly all night . We reported to staff when we had unpacked in the afternoon and was offered last twin room in the basement ( we were in a double ) Did mention to staff member to check out noise but it was obvious that we were not the first to mention this and he declined
Good hotel if you stay away from attic room .

Belle découverte d, Edimbourg et météo au rendez-vous
Pros:

L, emplacement juste en face du tram idéal pour l, aéroport

Cons:

Le store occultant ne fermait pas complètement donc lumière très tôt.
Un côté du matelas abîmé donc creux.
Salle de bain petite, peu d, équipement et souci avec la colonne de douche.
Le petit déjeuner salé pas de qualité, sucré bon.

Hotellin sijainti oli mainio, lähellä keskustaa ja vanhaa kaupunkia. Hotelli itsessään oli yleisesti siisti ja huoneesta löytyi shampoot, saippuat jne. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, sekä saimme tilavamman huoneen kuin olimme varanneet sekä huone oli heti valmis vaikka alunperin tieto oli että ei olisi kun saavumme. Aamupala oli kohtalaisen hyvä. Gluteenitonta leipää oli saatavilla pyydettäessä.

Cons:

Aamupalalla ei ollut tuoreita hedelmiä, vihanneksia tai salaattia saatavilla. Huone oli muuten siisti mutta koko lattia matossa oli punainen tahra/tahroja, toivomme sen olevan punaviiniä.
