Pros:

The hotel is on very convenient place, close to the bus stops, shops, near by Tesco, have a lot of restaurants around, the train station i just 10-12min walk. Most attractions are about 15-20min walk a way from the hotel. The stuff is amazing. The receptionist gentleman Adam welcome us with a big smile and friendly attitude.
The room was clean, quiet and warm the bed was comfortable. All was very nice.

Location v good, have stayed in much better hotels for cheaper price though
Pros:

The location of hotel is great, the beds are very comfortable, shower was good.when asked for toom change it wasn’t an issue

Cons:

First room we were given was awful, basement floor dark , very hot, air con didn’t work, giant skip right outside window! Carpet badly stained asked to be moved, got upper floor room much better air con still didn’t work! And carpet though a lot better was still stained. Breakfast was ok bacon not very warm no OJ had to go looking for someone to get plates/knives/forks (little things I know but they add up)
