The staff were absolutely lovely, very accommodating and personable.

Grubby
Pros:

The location and the friendly staff

Cons:

The room was very run down, the furniture was grubby (not dirty but old and worn) and the whole place had an off putting smell. Car spaces allocated to Quest were some of the most narrow spaces in awkward corners. I wouldn’t be back due to the unpleasant smell, badly stained carpet and worn furniture and fixtures. It doesn’t feel cared for.

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Easy to get to, close to the event I was attending with family.

Cons:

Disappointed with the state of the glass windows-sliding door area. We had a great view of the Shrine of Remembrance from the balcony but the glass was very dirty to look through.

Carpet was a trip hazard not only dirty but in hall and living areas carpet was lifted and desperately needs relaying. Couch and 2 chairs all badly stained. All curtains hanging down from fittings.Shower makes vibration sound when in use.
