Traitement inhumain et négligence grave lors d'une urgence avec un mineur

Après un grave accident (un arbre est tombé sur notre voiture, brisant le pare-brise sous une tempête de neige), nous avons cherché refuge dans cet hôtel à Millau. Malgré nos explications sur la situation critique et la présence de notre fille de 4 ans, le réceptionniste de nuit du 22/12 nous a catégoriquement refusé une chambre, prétendant que l'hôtel était complet sans même vérifier le système.
En conséquence, nous avons été contraints de passer la nuit dans une voiture accidentée, avec une vitre brisée, en pleine tempête. Le plus scandaleux est que le lendemain matin, nous avons pu réserver via Booking.com sans aucun problème. La réceptionniste du matin nous a confirmé qu'il y avait bien des chambres disponibles. Ce fut un manque total d'empathie et de professionnalisme qui a mis notre sécurité en péril. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

After a severe accident (a tree fell on our car, shattering the windshield during a snowstorm), we sought refuge at this hotel in Millau. Despite explaining our critical situation and traveling with a 4-year-old daughter, the receptionist on the night of Dec 22nd flatly refused us a room, claiming they were full without even checking the system.
As a result, we were forced to spend the night inside a wrecked car with a broken window in freezing snow. The most outrageous part is that the following morning, we were able to book a room through Booking.com with no issues. The morning staff confirmed that there had been availability all along. This was a total lack of empathy and professionalism that jeopardized our safety. I strongly advise against staying here.

Vue très agréable, les toits de la ville et le pont de Millau.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner et propreté au top. Personnel très agréable, Mounia une personne très professionnelle et compétente qui a su répondre à nos attentions.

Cons:

La climatisation était très bruyante et vieillotte, heureuse ment que nous avons passé qu'une nuit, le seul bémol, mais qui nous a énormément déplu .

Je ne redevrais plus cette hôtel quand je retournerais sur Milla car à ce prix on trouve bien mieux !

Chambres vieillottes pour un mercure, literie beaucoup trop mole je ne sais pas si c’est le choix du matelas et si il était usé mais mal de dos garantie . Salle de bain vraiment vielle vasque jaunir par l’usure baignoire idem rugueuse pas agréable du tout !
Parking trop cher 17 euros par jour avec soit disant prise pour charge sa voiture, un vulgaire dérouleur multi prise au sol. Résultat deux voitures de branchées et la courant a sauté donc pas peu recharger ma voiture. Encore une fois pour 17 euros la nuit limite même au niveau sécurité électrique !!!!

Chambre pas chauffée, la clim en fonction froid c’est déclenchée à 2h du matin et pour finir le petit déjeuner très cher dans une pièce glaciale non chauffée. Le petit déjeuner proposé ne vaut vraiment pas 19 euros. Pour ma part j’ai annulé ce dernier et je suis allé le prendre dans une brasserie.
