Comme toujours avant nos vols de CDG, l’hôtel est idéalement placé, l’accueil est irréprochable, mention spéciale à Hasna qui a réellement le sens du service.

Cons:

Petit soucis de pression d’eau dans la douche, ce n’est pas la première fois que nous avons ce problème. Il manquait un petit frigo dans la chambre pour conserver certaines choses au frais

Problème pour la réservation de la navette aéroport /hotel. Ce n’était pas clair sur le site. Mais on m’a envoyé un taxi et offert la navette du matin pour retourner à l’aéroport. Donc ça allait quand même

It was a quick and adequate stay.
Pros:

The staff at reception were great. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. The breakfast appeared nicely set up but I only took a chocolat croissant and a little juice. The parking was good and easy.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated and in need of some touch up. For example the carpet in the corridors is very dated as well as to a certain extent in the room. The toilet paper holder looked like a dowel stuck in the wall and the toilet paper did not stay on it very well. I did not see a refigerator in the room.

Magnificent staff. The lobby is beautifully decorated and calming.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Very accommodating and pleasant. The room initially assigned to me was very unpleasant (room 040). I reviewed my concerns and the room was immediately changed.

Cons:

Room 040 bed should be changed. It is unsightly and gross looking. Bathroom in room 048 had a constant leak under the shower base every time the shower is used. It appears that the plumbing is inadequate.
