La literie est très confortable.
Les chambres sont décorées avec goût.
Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Cons:

La douche ne tenait pas l’eau chaude. C’était un coup très chaud, un coup froid.
Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous nous sommes retrouvés juste en face de l’ascenseur.

Liked the location and the receptionist was very polite.

Cons:

First room was boiling and the air conditioning wasn't working, and the bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. Second room they put us in, the fridge was missing. Other thing was, the housekeeper half cleaned the room, and left the door open. Anyone could have walked in. I first thought she was coming back to clean the rest of the room, and that's why she left the door open, but I waited outside and she never returned. I did tell the receptionist and asked him to tell her to be mindful, as my passport wasn't even in the safe. I did put it in the safe after this happened, however.
Also, I ordered a meal and a cocktail at the bar during the evening. The waiter / bartender- think he was there by himself? Anyway, he literally slammed the drink down. Tbh, I wasn't going to drink cocktail, as this really upset me. I should have said something, but he did seem tired

Le matelas du lit était usé et affaissé, il penchait d’un côté…!! Le lit n’était donc pas très confortable.

Cons:

We were sleeping and very tired from a long flight. A staff knocked on the door, he must had knocked a few times but I could not hear him until I heard the door unlocked pushed the door open and about to enter as I head him asking can we come in. I immediately said no! Then I went out and talked to him he still asked to come in for some maintenance reasons. I asked him to come back later. I inspected the lock on the door and I did locked the deadbolt however he was still able to unlocked it. There was a chain lock but is was disabled. I am a mom of two teenager girls who were with me. I was firm and refused the request. I can not imagine girls who travel alone and encounter the experience. I felt unsafe at the Hotel.

The stay was overall very disappointing. We booked the stay based on the pictures from the website which are well out of date with the new modern theme. Amenities like the minibar are no longer there despite being listed here. There was no fridge, which we needed for keeping foods cold before our flight, water pressure in the shower randomly drops off, and we weren't able to turn the volume on the TV. Called the front desk about the TV and someone had to come up and it took them 20 minutes to get us volume, meanwhile they told us that it was "normal" to not have any volume on the tv so other guests wouldn't be disturbed. Asked about the shuttle and told it's no longer in service, but they offered to call a taxi instead. Despite signs encouraging feedback about issues, they don't respond to any messages.

Mostly positive 1 night stay. Not great about the minibar.
Pros:

Conveniently located close to CDG airport for flight the following morning. Restaurant and bar facilities and services were great. After travelling around France for 4 weeks we found that the bed was the best we had and very comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. We even managed to get free parking outside but there are only about 4 spots of free plus another 2 disabled. Otherwise you pay for underground parking.

Cons:

On booking.com a minibar is listed but none in the room. Just a hole where one was. We arrived with items to put in the fridge. Receptionist just denied having a minibar and said that this was a booking.com error. Assuming that it would be the hotel’s requirement to update you of their changes.
