Hotel is comfortable. Breakfast tends to be very busy with a good range of options. Street parking is very limited and the underground garage has a low ceiling height and is tight. There are bike racks in the underground garage. Apart from the McDonald's around the corner the area is very very quiet with nothing to do. Public transport is a short walk away along a fairly isolated road. Because of this I wouldn't recommend it for female solo travellers on public transport. That's a location issue. The hotel itself is absolutely fine.

It was good. But please change your TV to smart ones. The children didn't really have their programmes

Great location and very good hotel.

Hotel is ideally located with plenty of transport links…..trains, trams and buses. Hotel is of good standard. Room was clean and comfortable and had a kettle, iron & iron board and also air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental with scrambled egg, boiled eggs and turkey sausages also on offer. There is also a small bar for refreshments.

I loved this Hotel excellent location close by train and bus stations.

Clean, convenient, and great for people just passing through the city and need somewhere to rest. There is a McDonalds next door and the hotel has good access to the highway!

Quite new hotel. Rooms are tiny. The location isn't very convenient. You need (public) transportation to get into he city.

Everything is perfect except the room size.

Comfortable stay but a shame there’s no dinner service

My room smelled like cigarettes. When I opened the window, it got worse, it seems like just below my window is where hotel staff had their smoke breaks.

Great rooms and breakfast

The staff were helpful and kind. The room was small but fit our needs. It's not good for three adults, but maybe two adults and young kids. Breakfast was okay. The only issue was the shower drained poorly. I Informed the front desk, but it wasn't taken care of before we left. It was a great experience. The bar in the lobby was a great way to meet people from around the world.

The staff make up for everything.

Very cosy hotel in a rather quite surrounding of Düsseldorf, offering a satisfying breakfast with vegan and halal options and extremely friendly staff.

Another good stay, we like this hotel for ease of access into city centre, local supermarket and nearby 15 walk to restaurant, less if you want a McDonald's.

Rooms are clean and comfortable.

My single criticism is the entrance to the carpark it is very narrow, we manage but looking at scrapes on the wall and the kerbstone others don't! A couple of cm off of the kerb would make a huge difference.

This was a second time we have stayed in this hotel. We were very satisfied. Room was clean the staff was really friendly. We planning to book this hotel next year again.
