Nothing near to the Hotel
Couldn't find shuttle bus from airport to hotel so had to get a taxi and had difficulty finding driver who understood where your hotel was
Only green tea or coffee available in room
No black tea, no milk or powdered creamer
Purchased milk from on site shop but then discovered no black tea
