Pros:

Excellent location with free shuttle bus service to the airport. The room size is good, there is a convenience store downstairs, open for 24h. The receptionists are very kind. The bathroom was clean. Great room service options.

Cons:

Every corridor smells EXTREMELY STRONGLY of cigarette smoke. Even the room. The carpet was dirty, some chocolate wrapping apper was lying around next to the bed. I stayed here multiple times in diff rooms, but the whole hotel always smells of cigarette, it is really quite disturbing.

Pros:

I accidentally booked the wrong night and we arrived one day early. The staff were very accommodating, and allowed us to stay despite booking the wrong date.

Distance to the airport is walkable, and the hotel offers complimentary shuttles to the terminals.

Cons:

Shower that gets water everywhere.

Breakfast hot dishes were all cold, would suggest have an egg station cooking eggs as you go

No usb charging options, we had to purchase adapter to charge phones

Pros:

we had an early flight and stayed 1 night close to airport. Hotel shuttle was easy to book and on time.
There is an entertainment center across form the hotel that has a few shops and many food stalls and restaruants.
Will recomment Best Western if you are catching an early flight out of Incheon.

Cons:

I had to change room because of cigarette odour. It was done quickly.

위치가 좋고 공항 셔틀이 있어서 편해요

위치가 좋고 1층과 근처에 편의점이나 마트가 있어서 좋았어요

Cons:

한겨울 인데 방의 온도가 19-20도에서 올라가질 않아서 조금 추웠어요. 난방 시스템이 조금 개선 되었으면 좋겠어요
