The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule:
- Airport to hotel terminal 1: from 06:00 to 21:10 every hour
- Airport to hotel terminal 2: from 06:00 to 18:00 every 1.5 hours and from 18:00 to 22:00 every hourGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super Lage zum Flughafen, Supermarkt im Hotel und nebenan, Shuttle Bus
The room was large, modern and clean. It has a fridge and a kettle, but no safe. The bathroom is modern and a decent size too.
- You can access a convenience store from the lobby to get some essentials.
- There is a free bus shuttle going to and from the terminals. To get to it from Terminal 1 you leave through the furthest exit on the right (14 if I remember correctly), cross the street and you'll already see the busses to your right. The waiting spot for the 'Best Western' is towards the beginning of the line. The shuttle to and from T1 goes every hour and to and from T2 every 90 minutes.
- We could park our rental car at the hotel for a few hours before returning it. Give the number plate details to the staff at the front desk to be able to leave without any issues.

Fantastische locatie als je wil vliegen vanuit Incheon. Gratis shuttle bus van/naar de luchthaven. Wij hadden een zeer ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid met zowel continentale opties alsook Koreaanse gerechten.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. The room was close to the lift as we requested. There is a convenience store within the hotel in case you needed to get anything. The hotel was quiet and easy to relax in. The free shuttle to the airport was really good. The driver was really friendly and it took five minutes to get to the terminal.
The room could have been cleaner and we found a sticker on the floor from someone who had previously been in the room. You can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet it has to go in the bin. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be the correct temperature which was on the wall and the remote didn’t work.
Great location if you have an early morning flight. The food was very good, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Very convenient for the airport
Aquest hotel compleix perfectament la seva funció com a allotjament de pas per estar prop de l'aeroport i agafar un vol l'endemà al matí. El millor de l'estada sense cap mena de dubte és el servei de shuttle gratuït per desplaçar-se tant a l'arribada com a la sortida cap a la terminal; funciona amb uns horaris estrictes i puntuals, i compta amb espai suficient als autobusos per assegurar que cap passatger no es quedi tirat.
A més, l'esmorzar és complet encara que bàsic, oferint tot el necessari per començar el dia.
L'habitació no destaca per absolutament res, presentant una estètica i unes prestacions molt justes. El punt més fluix i clarament millorable són els llits i els coixins, que no afavoreixen gaire el descans. En resum, és una opció purament funcional per a una estada breu de connexió, però sense grans comoditats.

This is an excellent hotel for those wanting accommodation close to the airport. A quick shuttle from terminal 1 and a slightly longer shuttle from terminal 2. The lobby and reception were everything you would want after a long flight and only requiring to get to a room for a decent sleep. The room was worthy of 5 Star for cleanliness and comfort and the inclusion of black-out curtains lead to a good nights sleep. The staff were excellent in assisting us with questions and requirements. The bonus was the willingness for the staff to look after our bags during a day long lay-over between flights. We were able to do some local travel in comfort while our bags were ready for us upon return, prior to our next flight.
Being European in origin the bacon at breakfast was not to my liking. I prefer fried bacon by itself, not mixed with other vegetables. But that is on me as a tired and grumpy old traveller.
