Important information:

A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

Logement sympa pour un petit séjour
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien situé, le personnel a l’accueil est très agréable.
L’appartement est bien équipé même si c’est un peu vieillissant.

Pros:

L’emplacement +++++, l’accueil par Céline et Christiane très professionnel. Grâce à Céline nous avons eu quelques astuces pour nous rendre facilement en Espagne et elle a pris soin de nous demander comment s’était déroulé notre journée quand elle nous a vus le lendemain. Vraiment merci à elles.

Cons:

Pas de chance pour moi, l’isolation entre les chambres n’est pas terrible, les lits du dessus grincent fort…. La lumière de la clim toute la nuit empêche de dormir dans le noir complet quand on dort dans le salon

Logement parfaitement adapté pour un petit séjour avec des enfants. Propre, simple, bien équipé, avec le confort nécessaire sans tralala.
Tout est accessible à pied
Le personnel super agréable malgres le comportement impatient des enfants après 3h de train.
