Important information:

A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

Been before and will come again
Pros:

The Résidence has a great location in Saint Jean de Luz in walking distance to everything and close to bus stops which are regularly served for visiting the region. Well-equipped, quiet apartment, good location, friendly staff. I've been here before and would stay here again.

Cons:

Some minor aspects of the apartment and its equipment needed attention (e.g. chipped/worn paintwork here and there, loose tap, loose pan handles, blunt knives, etc.)
