Important information:

A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

The parking in front of our residence is secured by a barrier. If you wish to access this paid parking, it is essential to contact the residence beforehand.

Baby cots are bookable at the cost of 10EUR per stay, without sheets or mattresses for security reasons.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

très bien située ,proche de la mer .

Cons:

coté propreté peu mieux faire , des saleté un peu partout derrière les portes, les joints de la salle de bain moisis et les portes qui ferme mal

La localisation par rapport au centre ville et la plage

Cons:

Hôtel indiqué dans le descriptif comme disposant d'un parking privé et de la climatisation.
Une fois la réservation effectuée on vous signale que le parking est sur réservation obligatoire et payant, 15€ la nuit...et la climatisation n'est opérationnelle que en juillet/août alors qu'il faisait 35 degrés les trois jours de notre séjour...

Séjour très agréable et bien géré.
Pros:

La situation de la résidence permet de tout faire à pied.: courses au marché couvert quotidien et extérieur le mardi et vendredi, balades magnifiques sur la côte.

Cons:

Le canapé lit dans coin n'est pas très pratique pour un couple car coincé contre le mur pour l'un des deux.😏

La ubicación es perfecta. Estaba bastante bien equipado, pero la cocina es muy pequeña y las normas de limpieza muy estrictas así que no apetece mucho usarla por no manchar demasiado. Pudimos aparcar sin coste cerca de la comisaría de policía cercana. El personal era muy amable.

Cons:

Sabíamos que había sofá-cama, pero no esperábamos que fuese tan sumamente incómodo. No pudimos descansar y los días posteriores sufrimos dolores de cuello, espalda, articulaciones... No podría estar más de 1-2 noches.

Pros:

Emplacement proche du centre ville. Parking gratuit à proximité. Bien équipé niveau cuisine et terrasse. Très bon accueil. Chambre exposée plein nord donc oas de bruit de la route devant.

Cons:

Literie affreuse, matelas du canapé lit creusé et sommier à ressort très inconfortable.à changer d' urgence.
Des traces d' humidité sur les murs ventilation VMC innefficace et pas de télécommande pour la clim.
