A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

La proximité de la résidence près du centre ville et des commerces et du front de mer, ainsi que le réseau du bus
L appartement tres bien agencé.. propre.
L accueil du personnel tres agréable

Cons:

Lors du séjour il y avait des travaux au niveau de la résidence engendrant du bruit.
Le studio était côté rue avec de la circulation.
Dommage...trop bruyant pour profiter du balcon

Heißwasser sehr gut. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Kochen.

Cons:

Eine Lüftung im Bad hat es leider nicht gegeben.
Ein Geschirrtuch ist etwas dürftig, es wäre schön gewesen, eine Zewa-Rolle zu haben.
Die Matratze war etwas zu weich, aber wir bekamen eine Zusatzmatratze, und das Schlafen wurde besser. Danke fürs Entgegenkommen!
