A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

This was the first time I stayed in a hotel where the guests are expected to make all the beds upon arrival and clean the entire room upon departure (including taking out the bed sheets from all beds, fold them all and leave them them on top of a chair, and taking out the trash from the bin). The main bed in the room is a sofa bed, very old and uncomfortable. The other two beds in this family room are bunk beds in the hallway leading to the room. We did not enjoy our stay. I do not recommend it.

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Czyste, pokoje i wygodne łóżka. Każdy pokój posiada TV. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Możliwość skorzystania z parkingu zewnętrznego lub podziemnego orsz pralki i suszarki. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Za dodatkową opłatą, można przyjechać z psem.
W pobliżu, 150 mi, znajduje się park i sklep.
