Reception Opening Hours: - Sunday to Friday: 8:00-11:30 and 16:30 to 20:00 - Saturday: 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-20:00 Check-in times are as follows: - Saturday: 17:00-20:00 - Sunday to Friday: 16:30-20:00

Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Bed and bath linen is included in the price. There is an additional cost of EUR 8 per kit for a change of linen. Guests can request that their beds be made upon arrival.

Please contact the property upon reservation to arrange this. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.

Guests with reduced mobility can be accommodated in the 2-room apartment (4 people) or the 3-room apartment (8 people). Please note that this is subject to availability and guests are to contact the property in advance.

Wifi is available for an additional fee. Please note that the payment for WiFi can only be made using a VISA or MasterCard on-site.

One usage of the sauna or hammam is included per apartment per week. A cot or a high chair can be rented for EUR 5 per day, or EUR 15 per stay. A cot and a high chair can be rented together for EUR 7 per day or EUR 25 per stay. Please note that this is subject to availability. Guests requiring this service should contact the property upon reservation.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement, 10 mn à pieds pour aller au centre-ville, avec un carrefour montagne très pratique, l'ambiance montagne de l'appartement, globalement très satisfait !

Cons:

Pas de mobilier d'extérieur, mauvaise exposition et aucun produit d'entretien disponible, places de parking limitées....Mais le bilan est très largement positif !

Résidence et appartement très agréables ...belle expérience que nous n'hésiterons pas à renouveler.

Personnel très accueillant et disponible, appartement lumineux et
bien équipé.

Franchement nous avons apprécié notre séjour au sein de cette station dynamique.

Un des deux matelas de la chambre était mou donc non confortable..

Cette résidence a des atouts mais ne méritent malheureusement pas ses 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Le logement était spacieux et les animaux sont bien acceptés.

Cons:

Aucun réseau internet disponible à cause de brouilleurs manifestement installés dans la résidence pour contraindre les usagers à souscrire au wifi payant proposé au prix exorbitant de 5 euros par jour et par appareil connecté.
Les stationnements gratuits ne sont pas assez nombreux.
La piscine est agréable mais un peu petite.
Le sauna n'est accessible qu'une demi heure gratuitement et mériterait quelques travaux de rénovation.
Le hamman n'était pas accessible.
