Services are good

Booked initially for a month, as we’re currently between permanent rentals. We chose the property as we live in Dubai, and had previously stayed in a short term let a 2 minute walk away.

The location was perfect for us, as the hotel has ground level and underground parking, which is convenient as my husband and I both drive. It’s also quick access to 311 and Umm sequiem, which is a quick 10 minute drive to work.

We booked a one bedroom superior apartment, which had everything we needed. A kitchen with fridge freezer, integrated microwave, cooker hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The bell hop who showed us to our room, let us know that if we needed any additional kitchen items, to let reception know.

The apartment itself was more than adequate for our needs. The living area had a two seater sofa bed plus four throw cushions, an armchair and pouf. There was also a sizeable coffee table and flatscreen tv with full length storage cabinet underneath which was great for additional surface space. There was also a dining table for four and floor lamp, which unfortunately did not work.

The kitchen was a good size and was square shaped with a peninsula counter. There were four bottles of water which were replenished daily, and plenty of tea and coffee sachets which we didn’t use as we had our own.

There was also a powder bathroom which was an unexpected but welcome surprise.

Clean, safe, breakfast great, dont go anywhere. Guy at the front he's great.....

Very clean facility with the kindest staff ready to help whenever.

It’s an amazing place to stay for long turns as well as short terms locations is excellent if you need to be towards the south of Dubai. One issue only is the hot water needs a serious fix. I have wrote about it before. .

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. They service was great and they even gave us a free update. Excellent price-quality relationship.

Anwar had great service and very knowledgeable about where to eat and go. Overall great experience rooms are nice and decent sized the only suggestion I had was the in hotel restaurant closed a bit to early at 8 PM

Definitely value for money considering the price of other options. In a bit of a remote area so will require travel. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was terrible.

Poor Facilities

The staff are friendly and the room is very nice but still have some dust some corner for example on a chair under the table and swimming pool still on construction can swim only some part of the pool

Helps I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment but Millennium excels in providing functional, clean apartments for short and long term stays. All amenities expected of an apart-hotel are provided and service, when requested, is excellent.

It was my second stay and I'm sure I will return in future.

The stay was incredible, and the service was good. The apartment with amenities is in super condition! The gym was good because I was training it to run out wipes which were hustle during Covid times. The staff is friendly especially Ms. Jenny. Who’s very polite and and helpful.

Great place for family, friends, or a couple . The rooms were fully equipped with all amenities needed, making it feel home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would also like to thank Gustav who was very hospitable.
