Location, suite, garden and charm. Some staff were excellent.

Cons:

The social media postings create expectations that the hotel doesn’t always live up to. The restaurant dinner menu was limited and didn’t change over several nights so you need to find other options nearby if you don’t mind driving. Understaffing in the restaurant can frustrate those who expect sharper service.

Hermoso el lugar pero triste servicio

El lugar es hermoso, pero un hotel en ese precio, y que no tenga sufuciente personal, pa que te apoyen con las maletas, que te cobren fuera del desayuno, la preparación de unos omelettes, y ya el desayuno es costoso, y no te diecen que el omelette tiene otro costo, deja mucho que desear.

Que el desayuno es muy costoso, y que no te adviertan que prepatrar unos omelete, tenga un precio distinto al que pagas por el desayuno. No tienen suficiente personal, por lo que toma tiempo tomar un desayuno, no hay quien te apoye con las maletas, muy costoso para tan pobre servicio.

Relaxing stay but overpriced breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful location and nice facilities. Very tranquil and relaxing. Staff members are friendly. Restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast is overpriced and lacks variety. Lots of ants in our family room that keep showing up despite the hotel having used the insect spray. Lots of mosquitos when we sat outdoor to have our dinner. All of us got dozens of mosquito bites after dinner.

A very special place in a very special place of France
Pros:

This is a beautiful property set amongst olive trees and pine so the smell in the air in summer is magic. The staff were attentive and friendly and our little house was a haven at the end of very hot days exploring the local villages - made all the better with a pre dinner cool off in the pool. Was a week of luxury that went by all too quickly.

Cons:

A couple of maintenance issues that were sorted quickly. Coffee pod machine was a menace but they usually are!!
