Schade und nicht ehrlich
Pros:

Wir bekamen nicht das Zimmer, welches wir gebucht hatten sondern ein Zimmer neben der Küche im Durchgangsbereich.
Wir konnten kostenlos stornieren.

Cons:

Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war angeblich „broken“

Nice location and friendly personnel
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was on walking distance to the beach which was a plus.
The personnel was also really nice and they had a nice swimming pool.

Cons:

In this hotel I found out my boyfriend cheated on me.
Also the air conditioning was not working so it could be quite hot during the night en definitely when there was a cheater lying next to you.

Pros:

Grande chambre avec une jolie vue sur la piscine. La rivière est juste en face pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Les propriétaires sont très agréable et rendent service des que possible. Je recommande.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel était incroyable, elle nous a prêté des vélos pour aller nous balader dans les rizières ( gratuitement) puis nous a ensuite loué un scooter pour seulement 6€ la journée avec le plein déjà effectué, nous étions à 10 min en scooter du centre ville d'hoi an.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux préparé par Hien tous les matins.
Le lieu est si paisible et magnifique, un petit coin de paradis entre le jardin fleuri où se trouve la piscine et leur terrasse au bord du lac où vous pourrez admirer le coucher de soleil.

Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, da es sehr sauber und gepflegt war und die Gastgeber zuvorkommend und
Pros:

Es war ein idyllisches familiengeführtes Hotel mit einem kleinen Swimmingpool und einem schönen Garten direkt am Fluss. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Frau Hien war bei Fragen immer behilflich und zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Bad hatte keinen Duschvorhang, so dass nach dem Duschen immer bis zum Becken alles unter Wasser stand. Es gab nicht viel Ablagefläche im Zimmer.

Perfekt für Paare
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, nur eine kleine Straße trennt sie vom Fluss. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Betten waren sehr bequem und von unserem Zimmer hatten wir Blick auf den Fluss.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, einige schöne Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, die wir gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten.

Pros:

We loved the fact that it was calm and local, not far from the beach and do-able on the free bikes to the city center! Loves the garden near the river and the fact that they provide new towels/water every day!

Cons:

The room downstairs next to the pool really has an unpleasanr smell of humidity. The sheets/bedding also have this smell which makes it not really comfortable to be in the room. You do get used to it after a short while.

Pros:

Tout, proximité de la plage et des rizieres.
Nous on a loué un scooter electrique 50cm3 pour se deplacer du coup pas de souci avec la police
Logement au calme tres agreable.
On a profité de la piscine.
La prprietaire est adorable elle fait toit pour que vous vous sentiez bien.
Une question nhesitez pas a lui demander.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Great place, the owner was really helpful. There were free bikes and an nice swimming pool.
It was close to the beach as well.

Cons:

Unfortunalty, we booked the last room that was left which was on the ground floor and the window was on a wall. We wish we had a better one on a higher floor with the view on the river, I’m sure they’re great.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Gastgeberin war unfassbar liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Hat uns Tipps gegeben und war immer zur Stelle! Frühstück war top! Fahrräder gab’s auch gratis.

Je recommande énormément cette hôtel. Personnel plus que agréable

J’ai tout adoré la qualité du service, l’endroit, la propreté mais surtout la gentillesse de la dame et sont sourire du matin au soir. Merci encore pour les conseils ( robe sur mesure, endroit à visiter etc … )

Great value for your money! Easy family stay!
Pros:

The staff were the best part - they cooked us breakfast each morning from fresh it was lovely, they accomodate everything you need and it is very affordable. The location is good to go either side of Hoi An and the rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The only small downside it, you can hear a lot from the rooms, but we use white noise and so it’s not a problem for my family.

Tatsächlich waren die Fotos so täuschend, dass es aussah, als gäbe es hinter einem riesigen Fenster eine Außenlandschaft. (Zimmer ohne Balkon laut Buchung). Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es stank schrecklich nach Schimmel. Zudem ließ sich von der riesigen Fensterfront nur ein Fenster etwa 10cm öffnen. Nachdem wir uns bei der Besitzerin beschwert haben, dass man schon alleine wegen des Schimmelgeruchs darin nicht schlafen könne und eine richtige Belüftung nicht möglich sei, erpresste sie uns, indem sie sagte, wir können eine kostenlose Stornierung bei Booking beantragen und sie würde dieser zustimmen, dafür müssen wir abwr vorab eine Nacht bezahlen. Eine absolute Frechheit diese Frau und das Zimmer.

Wonderful
Pros:

We left Hien and her family after a stay of 6 weeks, everything was perfect, they are the most wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble, location within walking distance to the beach, a short Grab ride into Hoi An, lots of good restaurants close by, I was present when the 2 ladies caused Hien to get very upset when they complained about their room, that room was exactly as described, nothing at all to complain about, they booked the room that was described as no balcony, but they complained, she offered to give them their money back and they left without staying, this had a huge impact on Hien and she was very upset, if you want a beach location home stay then do not hesitate to book Sands River
