For the most part our stay was wonderful can’t wait to book again

Staff was nice. Pool is nice and warm

Cons:

Our fold out couch had a dirty tissue on it found it when we went to fold the bed out. We got there and no one was at the front desk also when we checked out no one was at the front desk. Because the staff was in the back room talking to each other.

Location, pleasant staff and clean.

Cons:

3rd time I've been there. No cookies again.
No information in room about TV or breakfast.
Went @ 9:40 am for breakfast and there were no bagels or pastry (except mini muffins) left. Same situation last year. Couldn't figure out how to turn on lights over bed. Didn't call to ask cause I didn't expect to get an answer about it.

No ability to put Amazon Prime on the TV. We stayed on a Thursday night, which is the only channel that has the football game on

Comfortable and convenient with a great staff
Pros:

Staff was incredibly nice and concerned that we were comfortable. Paige was great.

Cons:

The only possible minus was that the bed was a bit squeaky and could use updating.
