Do not recommend this inn at all
Pros:

It was dirty enough to where you wouldn’t take your shoes off

Cons:

Not clean and very out dated the pool area had broken bins and chairs and trash just not a good place for the money we paid

Our stay was comfortable, a bit more than what I wanted to pay for one night, but this 2nd time to stay here!
Pros:

My room was clean, comfortable, staff on arrival was polite .
Breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

The curtains did not close all the way to the middle and we had to pin them in place for privacy.

Cons:

The staff not welcoming. The room wasn't handicapped accessible. AC did not work. The room had the worst musty smell. Not healthy to smell what was coming out of AC. Shower floor top slippery. TV did not work. The furniture was filthy. Glass entry doors were filthy. Pool area had broken old furniture. Cigarette butt can near pool was broken.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and let us play games in the lobby area. Easy accessible area to general Fredericksburg activists. They tried their best to accommodate our rooms being close even though it was short notice.

Cons:

The bed was a bit on the harder side and the shower head was broken. One of our rooms had the toilet messed up and one didn't have a working microwave. However, we did let the front desk lady know. We weren't upset about it; we just wanted to let them know.

When returning to Fredericksburg, I will be choosing different lodging.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the TV worked.

Cons:

My room was NOT available at the 3 pm check in. I stopped by because I was in town at 1 pm...just in case...but was told they had had many check outs and they would need until the standard 3pm for check in.
I returned at 3:20 pm and again was told they were behind and I would need to wait.

My tub/shower did not drain properly.

Pleasant, good location, could've had improvements
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and pool, the little touches like the post cards, and the stocked breakfast bar.

Cons:

The hot tub jets didn't work, one of the rooms didn't have a TV when we initially checked in, and the only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and was out of order with no sign to warn patrons.
