I think I’ve said about enough
Pros:

I requested a hotel room in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake Va. the person I spoke to assured me that it was there. It was actually 40 minutes out of our way and when I called Booking.com I could not get anyone to answer my call. I am also handicapped and requested a handicap room but the only thing I got was a walk in shower. No railing to hold onto. The commode was so short with no rails and whenever I used the commode I had to wake up my husband to help me get up. The girl that ran the front desk had been dropped off from another planet they had a menu on the counter and she just looked at us and shrugged when we asked where it was. If I ever make another reservation I will try my hardest to actually speak to someone at the motel that knows where they are located. I did not even get a shower this morning for fear I would fall. Again I am very unhappy.

Cons:

What would have been better is if I could have stayed in the location I wanted and if I could have had an actual handicap room

We were there visiting our son in the Navy and drove 11 hours to have nothing right.
Cons:

Not the hotel location I chose online. Not the room I chose. Redirected through Booking.com which I got out of twice and went directly to main site. Blinds to window busted and couldn’t open blinds/curtain. Toilet clogged and the person that showed up made a mess, kids running up and down halls, spills, and the smell of marijuana everywhere. The room itself needs work. A little caulk and paint would go a long way and fixing things.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was placed next to guest that were very loud. My children were with me and we could hear them having sex in the room beside us and in the room across the hall. It was very upsetting.

The location was cool and value of the room was decent but I was short changed

I liked the location

Cons:

I was booked room 307 to which we walk in and there’s a man asleep in the bed already. Was assigned another room where the TV wasn’t working, the shower head kept falling down and wouldn’t stay up but it was too early in the morning to complain about it. Just felt inconvenienced.
