Staff were pleasant.
Pool was dirty and that was the reason we chose to book this hotel, to use the pool. We did not due to huge dirty rings at bottpm of pool,like a dirty bathtub. We switched room after first night. Too humid on 1st floor, and massive brown recluse spider in between the door to adjoining room. Apparently no one checks that area often. Can tell the hallways and elevator wasn't being vacuumed enough. Other complaint was the trashcan had a bag lying over the edge,so apparently its self-service to openness bag to use it if you have trash to throw away. This place can use a remodel/update.
Comfortable bed and great air conditioner. Host's were polite.
Too many people, breakfast was not stocked well,only 2 towels for 4 guests but we were given 2 more when we asked for them at front desk

The staff was very polite. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The facility in general was nice. Breakfast was good. The coffee even better. The only thing that I noticed was that there was some mold in the shower near the bottom of the shower door BUT I would not let that stop me from staying here again if I need too.

Poor hospitality , Rooms was filthy with food on floor blinds broken moved to 3 rooms none of as clean so after driving 14 hours we just settled will never book at holiday inns again
I liked the great AC in the lobby.
The laundry room was out of service. The room looked like it was halfway cleaned.

The Toilet’s sink has a little smell check it out .
