Cons:

Minibar kaputt, Bad und Zimmer roch stark nach Fäkalien, überall Container mit Schmutzwäsche die ebenfalls stark rochen zu bei den Temperaturen von 30 Grad und mehr, keine Klima, Kein Ventilator, Unfreundlichkeit der Rezeption, Reinigung der Zimmer muss täglich bestellt werden
Eingangsbereich dunkel und unsauber.

Angenehmer Hotelaufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal und Service. Tolle Lage zur Altstadt.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Produkten und vielfältiger Auswahl an Backwaren, Salate, Antipasti und veganen Aufstrichen. Frische Obstauswahl (verschiedene Melonensorten) sowie frisch gepresster Orangensaft.

Zimmer ist für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung.

Freie Minibar mit Wasser und Softgetränk ist sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Leider war die Zubereitung eines weich gekochten Eis nicht zufriedenstellend.

Im Zimmer besteht keine Möglichkeit, ein Kleid oder auch längeres Kleidungsstück aufzuhängen. Der Kleiderschrank bietet nur Platz für kürzere Teile bis ca. Blazer Länge. Man könnte noch über andere Kleiderbügel nachdenken, die nicht an der Kleiderstange verankert sind.

Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück war fabelhaft. Selten so ein tolles, liebevolles Frühstücksbuffet genossen

Cons:

An den zwei Tagen, die ich vor Ort war, waren es draußen 36*C und im Zimmer geschlagene 43*!! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, es ist stickig und mir ist zwei mal der Kreislauf versackt. Das Personal war verständnisvoll und bemüht und hat sich mit mir ein Zimmer auf der anderen Hotelseite angeguckt - die Temperatur war leider gleich. Leider stand das nirgendwo offensichtlich und ich fühlte mich getäuscht. Bei so Temperaturen muss man das, wie ich finde, irgendwo ersichtlich machen. Im Sommer unter keinen Umständen zu empfehlen, wenn man Hitze nicht aushalten kann

Das Geld nicht Wert.

Ehrlich gesagt, war das eins der schlechtesten Hotels indem ich je war.
Dass es kein 4 Jahreszeiten in Hamburg ist, ist mir klar.
Aber, für 170€ pro Nacht, erwarte ich ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und keine Haare im Bett.
Die komplette Ausstattung ist ur alt.
Alles ist kaputt und zusammen geklemptnert.
Des Weiteren, war das Frühstück auch eine Katastrophe... Kalte Rühreiier... Kaum Säfte zur Auswahl... für mich, war das hier das erste und auch das letzte mal.
Für den nächsten aufenthalt beim Peter und Paul Fest, werde ich mir definitiv ein anderes Hotel suchen.
