Cons:

When we arrived at the location, the hotel did not look anything like the pictures shown online. We were also unable to check in at our scheduled arrival time, even though we had previously been asked what time we would be arriving.

Once we were finally able to check in, we discovered that our room was a connecting/joint room with another room where other guests were staying. The guests in the other room were making a lot of noise, and they were moving the handle on the connecting door, which made us very uncomfortable and concerned about our privacy and safety.

The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them, the chairs had crumbs and did not appear to be properly cleaned, and the toilet was not clean and had visible stains.

Overall, the condition of the hotel and room was not what was advertised, and we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. We are very disappointed with the experience.
