I would stay again, just in a bigger room.

The customer service was amazing, so that made up for the size of the room and the view.

Cons:

Just the size of the room, the view from our window, and the dryers didn't work well. The amazing staff allowed us to use the hotel's giant dryer, that was very kind of them.

It was a place to stay for 2 nights.

Cons:

Wi-Fi not working, ice machine not working, card keys had to be changed 3 times because they don’t work, only 1 elevator for both guests and cleaning staff and I had to ride with the soiled linens on a very slow elevator. I try to smile to the staff but they just look at me dispassionately. Only 1 staff smiled since we checked in. She was the lady at the desk. The guy who checked us in never smiled. Staff seem like they are unhappy. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t mind the amenities that do not work like WiFi or ice machines. But the staff working especially during breakfast time should at least have a pleasant attitude. It’s the start of the day and the guests are mostly people on vacation. It just kinda ruin the morning.
