Great location, don’t stay here if you plan to use your room.
Pros:

The location is amazing.

Cons:

It somehow felt seedy despite being in the center of Napa, the lobby is a room the size of a phone booth, the lobby and rooms reek of mildew. The air conditioner was visibly moldy.

We did not end up staying , we booked a new hotel immediately upon arriving.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing, this property catfishes you and the photos support an appearance of being clean and comfortable for a good deal. Unfortunately I would give 0 stars for this property as the room smelled strongly of chlorine bleach, there was stains on the towels, stains on the floor, and mold on the air conditioner and window sills.

Cons:

See above, it was absolutely disgusting.

Pictures do not reflect If you’re coming from a camping trip and need a quick cleanup , okay to stay

Close proximity to downtown. The woman hat checked us in was very nice

Cons:

There was no coffee available in the morning. There was no one in the lobby in the morning. The elder gentleman that finally was at the checkout desk was not very friendly. They have a water dispenser inside(and you have to use the room key to enter), so when I went to refill my water bottle inside , he said I could use the one outside. I said is there is a cost for that, he said yes. I said why would I pay for it when I am staying here, he asked what was my room number. Terrible customer service, did not feel welcomed at all.
Also, the pictures on their site did not reflect the room our friends nor I stayed in, false advertising.

Will stay again!
Pros:

Location was perfect for my stay in Napa for a golf tournament and Bottle Rocket. There was ample parking and the AC worked well on a very hot day. The property owner was very helpful!
