Recepção com pessoas mal educadas - PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA:
1. Fotos maravilhosas mostrando 2 piscinas, quando fui ver piscinas pequenas que 4 pessoas já parecia lotada
2. no nuncio não dizia que teria que pagar estacionamento, na recepção avisaram custo de 35,00 a diária.

Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã. O hotel fica a 10/15min de distância do centro de gramado. Conseguimos fazer os passeios caminhando pela cidade tranquilamente por ser seguro.

Cons:

Nós achamos o banheiro pequeno, seria o único ponto negativo. No geral, é um ótimo quarto.

Pros:

Cafe Muito Bom. Localizacao boa, uns 15min. ate o centro a pe. Piscina Aquecida muito boa, sauna sala de jogos e academia atendeu minhas expectativas.

Pros:

Localização é boa para quem quer se deslocar facilmente para Gramado e Canela. Como é uma rede de hotéis muito grande, tem bastante facilidade de oferta de serviços, passeios e parcerias com comércios locais.

Cons:

Serviço de quarto não foi feito e tivemos que reclamar. Outra coisa desconfortável é o assedio que recebemos de vendedores da rede que insistem em oferecer o produto. Esse assédio tem que parar urgente.

Otimo hotel para passar alguns dias com a familia!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

O café da manhã estava muito bom, porem o cafá da manhã do Laghetto em Bento Gonçalves superou este, nas quantidades e qualidades.

Cons:

Não teve nenhum item que possa reclamar, apenas pontuei o café da manhã por ter tido uma esperiencia melhor em outra unidade.

Muito a baixo do que esperava, pois nas fotos parecia melhor.

Gostei muito da piscina, da sala da recepção e do quarto .

Cons:

A sala de jogos muito ruim, a mesa de sinuca estragada, a acabei muito fraca também, das duas esteiras uma não funcionava e a outra falhava , a área kids muito fraca , quase nada de brinquedos.
