Limpeza . Quando cheguei 14hs disseram q em 2 minutos o quarto estaria pronto. Depois de 35 minutos fui questionar e nem tinham iniciado a limpeza , como fui reclamar trocaram de quarto .
Banheiro do quarto e limpeza piscina acho q poderia ser melhor.
Café Bom .
Da rede Laghetto q ja fiquei acho q este foi o q mais deixou a desejar.

achei pelo preço e pelo nome deixou a desejar, funcionários meio sem saber o que estavam fazendo, estavamos querendo curtir a piscina e tomar uns drinks no bar e o bar da piscina estava em manutenção, a sauna também estava. então se vc promete algo, entregue.
