Pros:

Our stay was very good and I would stay again. Two suggestions I’d like to see are boiled eggs in the breakfast. Another is, replace the mattress in 108. The first bed in the room is in need of replacement. My back was so sore in the morning. I was sleeping on the side by the night table. That side is awful.

The room and service was great. Only downside was that the side doors did not work properly. We had to swipe the room key almost 5x every time leaving the room before the door opened.

The staff were phenomenal. The young woman at check in was amazing. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping was in every day of our stay without having to request it. One of the beds was soft on one side and would create a dip in the mattress when you sat on it. The other bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and offered multiple options. The pool was clean with plenty of towels.

Customers played extremely loud music from 10 to at least midnight. So loud the 2nd floor shook. To top it off the air conditioner was super loud. Sounded like it was falling apart. And not that it was the hotels fault but someone microwaved food and stunk up the entire 2nd floor. Horrible stay for me. Got zero sleep. On a positive note, good water pressure and walking distance to activities.
