Very clean and friendly. Warm breakfast. Nice pool.
Pros:

Very pleased. Disappointed hot tub closed but it was a Maintence boo boo. Pool area nice. Only improvement opportunities we saw was that the male breakfast attendant (bearded thin black man) seemed bored and inattentive. Food all over floor near tables and had to ask him to wipe off table. Things running out and had no interest. Pillows really flat but otherwise very pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Winter getaway
Pros:

Good overall for our Destin, FL stay of 3 nights: Thursday through Sunday morning. The first few minutes in our room we realized the remote didn’t work & the water in shower was lukewarm at best. We called the front desk and they sent up Felix, a terrific handyman who fixed both 😊 Sadly, our rental car was vandalized sometime Friday night. The front desk was not helpful, refusing to share video camera footage with us or police stating “the Manager won’t be back until Monday”. Totally ridiculous! Needless to say that dampened the getaway. 😞

A good location. Close to the water but not on the beach. Terrific meal options all around!

Pros:

Our stay was very good and I would stay again. Two suggestions I’d like to see are boiled eggs in the breakfast. Another is, replace the mattress in 108. The first bed in the room is in need of replacement. My back was so sore in the morning. I was sleeping on the side by the night table. That side is awful.
