Pros:

The crew was very kind and accommodating. They even upgraded us to a larger suite for free and approved a late check-out when we called to inform them we'd be a late arrival.

Good for the price
Pros:

The hotel looks nice and has enough parking area. The price is in accordance with the quality. The beds are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The parking lot is not secure. I noticed a lot of shady people tend to rent that hotel. The receptionist is not courteous or helpful. She hardly speaks. The rooms need to be cleaner the floor was dirty and so was the restroom.

Lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza no fueron hacer la limpieza ni cambiar las toallas del baño en lo que fue mi estancia de 5 día y pues la comunicación tampoco funcionó por qué solo tienen personal que hablan ingles también lo que mejoraría es poner una hora más de desayuno el que está es de 6 a 9 de la mañana

Good budget hotel for short stays
Pros:

Room was freshly painted. Bed was comfortable. Tina at front desk was very friendly and personable.

Cons:

Room was damp and smelled musty. No coffee amenities to go with coffee maker in room. Woke up to a big roach on the floor. Floor was dirty.

Good price, good location
Pros:

It is right across from a Whataburger. There was also an older couple with a little stand selling snacks later in the night so that was a plus too. The hotel is also not far from Frost Bank Center. You’re in the downtown area without being in the downtown area. It was a convenient location for us & the places we went.

Cons:

The water in the sink drained slow & the bed was a a little too firm for my liking. The room also didn’t stay cold even with the A/C going so if you’re like us & like at least 70 degrees I’d suggest taking a fan. The tv didn’t work at first but we were able to get it going. The lamp by the tv also worked when it wanted too.

Pros:

They really care about the customer service, I had forgotten one of my child toys and they called me to let me know so I could go back and get it. That means a lot to me how honest and trustworthy they are. Fully recommend this hotel and definitely we will return to it on our next trip

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Clean room.

Cons:

Poor shower pressure. The drain in the shower was bad. And the shower head was extremely dirty. No TV remote.
