Culturel.
Pros:

Emplacement. Les arrêts de bus et de tramway sont tout près. De plus, la plupart des attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pied en 15 minutes.

Cons:

La chambre était située à l'entrée de l'hôtel, au rez-de-chaussée, et était très bruyante.
Petit-déjeuner très sommaire.

Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, com quarto confortável e limpo, funcionários prestativos e solicitos. Cage da manhã farto. Estacionamento fácil ao custo de 18 euros. Localização muito boa, próximo de restaurantes , transporte para o centro histórico.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, recomendo

La posizione vicino al tram

Cons:

La stanza era sporca, bicchieri sulle tende, tutto mezzo arrangiato, il wc è stato messo in un angolo del bagno ed era quasi impossibile usarlo, la vasca datata e sporca, non si riusciva ad aprire del tutto il vetro per entrarci.
Materassi durissimi, il letto matrimoniale erano due letti messi insieme

Ottima struttura e buona posizione.
Pros:

Operazioni agevoli di check-in e checkout, eleganza, comodità e pulizia della camera, colazione continentale buona e abbondante, cordialità del personale. Zona ben servita dai mezzi e a 20 minuti a piedi dal Duomo.

Pros:

Cortesia dello staff, pulizia degli ambienti, sicurezza della struttura. Non mancava nulla. Anche per la colazione una buona scelta sia dolce che salato senza esagerazioni
