Incroyable emplacement, incroyable accueil (pas seulement les agents d’accueil la journée mais la nuit aussi). Grande gentillesse, grande classe, appartement très spacieux à la décoration soignée, propreté irréprochable… On a enfin trouvé la perle à Paris ! Merci à toute l’équipe !

Nice apartment BUT loud construction next door!!!!
Pros:

A nice apartment that is big enough for a family of 4. States it’s in a quiet location - it is, some restaurants nearby but missing the hustle and bustle of other areas in Paris (like the 9th Arr.). HOWEVER, be warned there is major building construction happening in the adjoining block. We couldn’t be in our apartment during the day as there was loud vibrating jack hammering and other construction noises. It would’ve been helpful to know this prior to booking - we would’ve looked elsewhere. Construction is still a hole in the ground so I’m assuming this will be happening for 1-2 years. A shame as it is a nice apartment.

Perfect!
Pros:

スタッフが、フレンドリーであり、チェックイン時から滞在中を通じて、非常に快適だった。部屋は広く、子ども2人を含めた５人利用では十分だった。非常に寒い時期であったが、各部屋に空調が付いており、全体が暖かった。ゲームの貸し出し等もあり、特に子連れには非常に良いと思う。

Cook like a real Parisian local!
Pros:

An excellent location, very quiet street and a great place to visit local restaurants and cafes. Rue Mouffetard is close by, so easy enough to get some food provisions and get creative with your own cooking! The studio was reasonably spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed, and the fridge was also a decent size; including a freezer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely recommend to others to stay here ... a home away from home!

Cons:

A slightly larger dining table would have been preferable, but it was fine overall.
