Уровень сервиса - на высоте! Знание Английского языка у всего персонала очень хорошее! Клиентоориентированность 10 из 10! Отличное SPA! Цена на процедуры очень приемлимые! Идти обязательно! Прекрасные завтраки! Очень дешевая и оперативная химчистка одежды. Детские футболки утром отдали и в тот же вечер получили. Стоимость химчистки 1 футболки - 100 руб на наши деньги! Отличный пляж в шаговой доступности через дорогу. Через 1 здание гостиницы отличный супермаркет с хорошим выбором фруктов. Также каждый вечер к отелю подъезжает мини- повозка с многообразием фруктов на продажу. В соседнем здании есть ресторан с морепродуктами. Внешне не очень привлекательный, но все местные едят там, что по словам гида характеризует ресторан только с хорошей стороны. Вернемся 100%!

The staff was extremely nice, from reception to cleaning to restaurant. The client experience manager An was very helpful with all the advice and was always available to answer our questions. He helped us with all the booking (restaurants, transportation to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An and spa services). Our group of 14 was very satisfied with the staff and their hospitality.
Wonderful staff who treated us like royalty, lovely pool which was often empty so it could be enjoyed peacefully, clean rooms with comfortable bed and powerful shower. Ocean view is definitely worth it.
