I forgot my expensive face wash and charger. Every other hotel(5 others) did a run through for me before I left and offered to bring down the stuff I left behind. This one didn’t unfortunately.

Alles war gut. Sehr nettes Personal. Große Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht rausgefunden, wie man die Klimaanlage richtig einstellen kann. Bei 26 Grad haben wir gefroren, als wir 27 Grad eingestellt haben - war es schon zu warm

J’avais oublié de prendre avec la chambre le petit déjeuner et quand j’ai voulu le matin le payer cela m’a été refusé prétextant que la réservation avait été faite sur booking donc pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner malgré que je voulais le payer

Staff 10/10, some minor touches would make it a 10/10 stay.
Pros:

How can say anything but good things about being upgraded to a presential suite.

Nyu and the manager took such good care of us.. omg so professional.

Place does need to install microwaves though.

All staff at the hotel were great. From the doorman to the manager, all were friendly and ensured that our stay was pleasant. The room was amazing, True to the pictures online, very close to the beach. Will come here again if visiting Da Nang

Perhaps the breakfast selection could have more variety - appreciate that the hotel have halal breakfast menu for us. The hotel is slightly further from the main city area.
