Great facilities and staff, breakfast was always great and the staff were so friendly and kind!
its quiet and clean. housekeepers are really quick to clean the room. The only concerns that I have is they do not change my bed sheet when they cleaning my room until I speak out. I stayed there for 10 nights. I don't quietly asked them to coming in and clean my room, but I have to asked them to change the bed sheet every time, which surprise me that they only fold it back.
Adding more elevators would significantly improve the guest experience. During my stay, I noticed long wait times for the elevators on multiple occasions. Additionally, due to the proximity to the beach and pool, the elevator floors were frequently wet and slippery from swimming guests. Implementing wet-floor mats or clearer signage for swimmers would help address this safety issue.
The cleanness and nice staff
The buffet of the restaurant on the last floor was very bad, we paid 2.000.000 per person only to be served cold , bad and small selection of food. We were promised unlimited wagyu, the meat was cold, we asked to get a new well done batch and they gave us an undercooked and somehow cold one. Everything else was fine tho.
Das Hotel war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal – man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Ein großes Plus war für uns der überdachte Infinity-Pool. Da wir mit einem Kind gereist sind, konnten wir die Sonne besser vermeiden und mussten uns weniger Sorgen um Sonnenbrand machen. Außerdem war der Pool angenehm kühl. Das mag zunächst nebensächlich klingen, aber in vielen Beach Clubs und anderen Anlagen waren die Pools durch die Hitze oft sehr warm. Die Lage im Norden von Da Nang hat uns ebenfalls gefallen, da es dort abends deutlich ruhiger ist und weniger Gerüche und Trubel als in anderen Bereichen der Stadt gibt.
Wenn wir überhaupt etwas nennen müssten, dann wären es die nicht klimatisierten Aufzüge, die bei den hohen Außentemperaturen etwas unangenehm werden können. Außerdem haben manche Gäste beim Frühstück die Zangen für Speisen mit und ohne Schweinefleisch vertauscht. Das liegt natürlich nicht direkt in der Verantwortung des Hotels, könnte aber eventuell etwas besser gekennzeichnet oder kontrolliert werden.

The size of the room was fantastic with lots of storage. The only additional we would of loved is a neopresso type coffee maker would of been great

Das Frühstück war umfangreich auch in den Stosszeiten war immer alles da!!! Auf zack 😍 Zimmer super groß und die Aussicht war der Hammer. Lage super! Gym war Top und danach in den Pool einfach super.

We loved the friendly and service-minded personnel, always ready to assist and answer any questions. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived thanks to the staff 😊 This reminded me of another positive experience I had around 2009 (?) at a Prince Hotel in Tokyo.
We struggled a bit with the noise from the traffic, with the constant honking while we slept, but I suspect that's a common issue for the hotels along the waterfront. Unsure if there's anything more the hotel could've done structurally as far as noise isolation goes.
