Erstklassiges Hotel welches die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen und umsorgt. Mein Aufenthalt war ein Erlebnis erster Güte. Unvergesslich!

Superb service & Warmed welcomed stay!
Pros:

The team of staff has provided superb services, especially thanks to Nam who made the utimate efforts to my wrapping request for gifts. Thanks to e team at receiption, conceirge and The Speakeasy Rooftop bar, made my stay a warm-welcomed one.

Cons:

Pool could have been heated. But overall pool and sauna facilities still okay!

Great roof top bar restaurant with unparalleled views of Da NANG. Fabulous however unheated covered pool. Great breakfast. Really lovely people staff. Awesome deluxe rooms.

Cons:

Just too far from the main action of town and beaches. No beach facilities beds umbrellas or bars restaurants. About 1 1/2 - two miles away for convenience.

A very pleasant stay with excellent service, and I would happily come back again.

The hotel is very new, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided very good service throughout my stay. I had a small issue during my visit, but it was handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the experience here.

Das beste Hotel wo ich je war. Unglaublicher Service - stilvoll und komfortabel- perfekt für Alleinreisende und Familien. Pool / Sauna Bereich ist auch ein Traum. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Very enjoyable stay, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, room very spacious and well laid out.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, great selection and good quality food, location also good.

Cons:

It was probably in a quieter part of Da Nang so not as easy just to walk to entertainment venues but this helped in keeping it quiet so overall no issues.
