Pros:

Clean, nice staff, nice sauna

Cons:

Not picture friendly glass on the pool area. Dirty, should have been cleaned. Same with the rooftop bar.

Drinks made with no effort. Our group ordered different cocktails and all got cocktails in same basic glass with no added decorations. Went to the neighbor hotel the night after and drinks were great!

Nice and clean hotel, but not what you expect from a 5 star hotel

The staff was nice. The room was great and clean. Gym was very nice.

Cons:

The pool and pool area is under roof on 5th floor, it's very dark, never has sun and does not look at all like the pictures on Booking. The glass fence in the pool area looks foggy because it's dirty, same with the glas fence on the roof bar. Could easily have been much more cozy with some nice lights and cleaning.
There is an area in front of the hotel with a pool that looks like it was once nice, but it's closed off. We ended up paying 200.000vnd per day to use the pool on the beach in front of the hotel next door.
The sky bar served drinks and cocktails, but not at all of the quality you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Gin tonic, piña colada and all other drinks we had was from the same glas with minimum effort. Ordered the same drinks at Peninsula 2 hotels down the street and they were great.

Das gesamte Personal gibt einem das Gefühl, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
Pros:

Wir haben 6 Nächte im Hotel Prince übernachtet, und was uns auf jeden Fall begeistert hat, ist, wie nett das gesamte Personal ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick im 25. Stockwerk. Im Zimmer hatten wir eine handgeschriebene Karte vom Hotelmanager, einen Obstteller und auch japanischen Tee. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sich das Hotel die Mühe gemacht hat, uns eine persönliche handgeschriebene Karte zu schreiben. Das Hotel steht mittlerweile unter japanischer Führung.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Wir hatten nur einen Tag, an dem nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde, aber das Problem wurde schnell behoben. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist besonders nett, sehr aufmerksam und immer bereit zu helfen, wenn man etwas möchte. Beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt, und jeden Tag gab es etwas anderes, was es am Vortag nicht gab.

In unserem Zimmer hatten wir auch einen Wasserspender mit Trinkwasser, was wirklich praktisch war. Der Pool ist groß, aber die Liegen sind schon älter und nicht die bequemsten. Es gibt auch einen Spa-Bereich, der mal renoviert werden müsste, aber er war sauber. Das Fitnessstudio ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend.

Es gibt ein paar Stellen, die eine Renovierung gebrauchen könnten, aber wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und das gesamte Personal gibt’s einem das Gefühl, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Experience your Prince Moment
Pros:

Lovely spacious room and great pool and sauna facilities. Location on the strip is a little farther from the main areas but fairly convenient by Grab and we did manage to walk back on some cooler evenings. Staff were very nice and provided bottled water whenever we asked for it.

Cons:

Foyer areas from the lifts to rooms were always warm. Also found it weird that the family suite master bedroom had a brushed window where u could make out who was in the shower quite easily. Felt like it lacked privacy as I was staying with friends.

這次入住峴港王子飯店（Da Nang Prince Hotel），是我近年來最糟糕的一次住宿經驗。網路上的圖片說好聽是「美化」，說難聽是「過度修飾」，但這些觀感比較主觀，我先擱置不談。這篇要分享的，是這間掛著五星名號的飯店，在最基礎的房務設施與第一線員工的危機處理上，可以荒謬到什麼程度。
一、午夜熱水系統故障，得到的回應竟是「您一定要現在洗澡嗎？」
4/27 接近午夜，我準備洗個熱水澡入睡，沒想到這就是噩夢的開始。
水放了半天，溫度始終只是溫溫的，水壓越來越小，水溫也逐漸下滑，最後甚至流出一灘混濁的髒水（如影片一）。我立刻致電櫃台反映，這一處理就是半個多小時，最後確認是「整棟飯店的熱水系統故障」。
更離譜的是，櫃台告訴我詳細情況可否等到隔天早上再說明。我反問:「那我現在想洗澡怎麼辦?」櫃台人員的第一句回應竟然是──
「您一定要現在洗澡嗎？」
我當下真的愣住。睡前洗個澡是基本人權吧？我接著問：「難道沒有其他房客反映這件事嗎？」對方才坦承，陸陸續續已經有其他房客在抱怨。
於是我請對方馬上想解決方案。結果這一等，又是半個小時，時間已經逼近凌晨一點，櫃台才告訴我可以下樓使用五樓游泳池的淋浴設施。
二、五樓泳池淋浴間：沒有洗髮乳，「您房間有的話自己去拿」
我帶著毛巾與換洗衣物下樓，赫然發現泳池淋浴間沒有提供洗髮乳。我跟在場的服務人員反映，得到的是一個尷尬的笑容，外加一句：
「您房間有的話，自己回去拿吧。」
我當下真的驚呆了。這就是堂堂峴港五星級飯店的危機處理方式？飯店花了半個多小時想出來的「解決方案」，居然是個連最基本盥洗用品都沒備齊的半套服務？
算了，當下我只想趕快洗完休息。沒想到洗到一半，連泳池淋浴間的水壓也越來越小（如影片二）──這種水壓究竟要怎麼正常洗澡？入住五星飯店，需要這麼克難嗎？
洗完上樓的途中，看到其他房客也陸陸續續拎著盥洗用具下樓。我可以想像，他們等在後面的，會是怎樣不舒服的一晚。
三、隔天退房：沒有道歉、沒有說明、沒有補償
最不可思議的還在後面。
隔天退房，沒有任何一位飯店人員主動道歉，最基本的事後說明完全沒有，更不用說任何形式的補償。彷彿前一晚整棟熱水系統崩潰、把房客趕到泳池淋浴間這件事從未發生。
更誇張的是──按理退房時應該要退還我入住時所繳的 1,000,000 VND 押金，櫃台人員只是淡淡說了一句「退房完成」，就準備讓我離開。如果不是我主動開口詢問，這 100 萬越南盾是不是就直接變成櫃台人員自己的小費？我很好奇，過去到底有多少房客的押金，就這樣被默默私吞掉。
結語
整體體驗真的差到極點。同樣的預算，在峴港絕對有太多更好的選擇。
這種等級的房務故障、危機處理、退房流程，居然能掛著五星級的招牌──真是厲害了，峴港王子飯店。

Excellent stay with amazing view of the ocean and wonderful breakfast.
Pros:

The room was large and the view of the ocean was amazing. Breakfast was awesome with lots of variety.

Cons:

Check in was very slow and reception quite often didn't know the answer to our questions. The hotel is quite a bit out of town which required us to catch grabs all the time.

The staff. Omg. They were so amazing. They made the hotel. The people were so nice, and friendly. It’s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. I would go back anyday for the staff

The concierge is friendly, the door man is friendly, the cleaning ladies are so good and friendly. Everyone greets, everyone smiles. Everyone treats you like gold

I got a personal card with a welcome, the cleaning ladies left me a signed messaged, I got tea and fruit and a coconut on my arrival and so much more .

I felt like a king. They did so much. Even cleaning every afternoon after I woke up late. Everyone was so good, I have stayed at more expensive hotels but never been treated like this. When I go back to da nang, I will go to this hotel. I won’t even look elsewhere.

The room with the city view was amazing, pool was amazing, location was nice and quiet, but 10 min away if you wanted to walk and do everything.

Cons:

Nothing, this is 5 star. 0 complaints.
