La actitud del personal fue excepcional, siempre sonriente y dispuesto a ayudar. Contratamos los transportes a Ba Na hill y a Hoi A con el hotel y todo perfecto. La habitación (la que escogimos fue con vista al mar) era muy amplia y las vistas fantásticas.
La cama y las almohadas eran muy blandas pero supongo que es una cuestión de preferencias.
The best hotel I have stayed in DaNang, but still not acceptable to me.
Unfortunately like many Vietnamese hotels it has entry steps with no handrails.
I had to check out and move next door to the Raddison Red, which has an entry ramp, but as good quality hotel.
In most countries it is illegal not to have disabled access, but Vietnam is a third world country, so the same building standards do not apply.
I would definitely book the Prince Hotel on my next trip if a handrail is added.

They has mistake to list two bedrooms and I booked two bedrooms but when we came they said only one room available, the they offer a family room for our two family total 9 person with 4 adults and 4 kids and 1 baby. They said they would offer this since their mistake. They show us two type of room: one is ocean view and one is city view. We selected ocean view and agreed to stay. Then we provided all papered and checked for 30’ and came out said they can not offer that room to us since we have 9 persons. I originally gave them all info and they said all are okay now they back up without reason.
I asked what they can do they said we have to buy the single room and this family. That was ridiculous when we hả e to pay more than double price we booked.
Or they said they will cancel our booking. They left us no option. Our kids were so exhausted and tired si. E been waiting for room and now nothing. We were so un-happy and only option for us is to cancel and find another place. Bad customer service and un-professional service a hotel like this. I would it recommend this hotel if you planning to book.

Good location, clean facilities, nice breakfast, good view.
Stuffs are so helpful and well-trained.
If possible switch off the door light sensor. It turned on during the night when some other guest pass by outside.

The rooms were very beautiful and well-designed, the food was excellent, and the breakfast offered a great selection. The staff was wonderful – very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the lovely balcony. However, the pool area was quite disappointing and could definitely be improved.
