Pros:

This has been one of my best hotel experiences in my life. The level of service here is just supreme. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is perfect and so attentive to every detail. It was an absolut delight.

An unforgettable experience
Pros:

Everything ! from the location, the decoration, the staff, the happy hour at the bar with lovely singers and the great food at Kroya restaurant. I wish I could have stayed longer.
I will definitely recommend this hotel

I will come back again and again! Truly exceptional.
Pros:

I stayed here when it first opened at the old Shinta Mani in Dec when it first opened. What stood out then still remains, the personal service and warmth of the staff. It took me 23 years but I came back and it's even better.

Cons:

More local food choices. What we had was amazing but I want even more choice!

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Excellent stay at this property.. loved everything room, staff , food. Big shout out to Alex and Vatha who were so friendly and polite. Great location just a short tuk tuk ride to pub street . Great happy hours and a lovely bar and gift shop with amazing perfumes .

Tyylikäs hotelli upealla henkilökunnalla
Pros:

Tunnelma ja hotellin miljöö, sijainti, ystävällinen henkilökunta, saimme käydä suihkussa check outin jälkeen.

Cons:

Uima-altaan yhdellä reunalla tuolin edessä oli muurahaispesä ja pistäviä muurahaisia. Samaan aikaan kanssamme majoittui isoja ryhmiä, joiden aiheuttama hälinä laski hieman tunnelmaa etenkin uima-altaalla.
