Luxurious Villa with excellent service, great value
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We booked a villa and our dedicated 'butler', Van, was really great. He was never pushy or intrusive but always available to help in any way we asked or might need.

Breakfast was great with a wide range of buffet options (egg station, bread and pastry, fruit, juice, French toast and pancake, congee and Shu Mai) and some a la carte options as well like traditional Khmer soups, avocado toast, etc.

Location was excellent - walkable to most everything in town. Tuktuks also hang out right by the entrance so you can always get one if you need.

The decor is great and it really felt like a luxurious getaway! The hotel can help you book tours if you'd like, and again the staff did a great job of offering this service but not pushing.

Cons:

The only small annoyance - which is likely specific to me - is that the only shower in our villa was outside. Because I'm so often bit by mosquitoes and we visited at the start of the rainy season, I had to do a lot of planning to take showers at the right time and not store my clothing in the beautiful closet because it was more prone to bugs getting in.
This certainly isn't a huge deal, more just a slight drawback to this design, especially during the off season.

Beautiful, Exotic Decor in a Peaceful Environment
Pros:

The atmosphere of the hotel is very peaceful, the decor is exceptional, the breakfast and restaurant meals were great.

Cons:

The hotel is very beautiful, however the layout was a bit confusing to me. There are multiple buildings which gives it its charm, but confused me a bit. They explained the layout upon check in but I still was a bit confused.
The fitness room was quite small, Ok for one person. I had a very good massage but the masseuse talked lot and was very pushy about a tip.

Great value stay and great location
Pros:

Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. I love how they have students working there who were all great.
Rooms are super comfy and high quality.

Our new favourite place in Siem Reap
Pros:

From arriving at the beautiful Bill Bensley Art Deco hotel (a particular favourite of mine) we were cared for with such a personal touch and flair that we felt so very “at home” in this special city.
The hotel’s location allowed us to explore other parts of Siem Reap and although we expected a reasonably good level of service (being familiar with Park Hyatt standards) we were simply “knocked out” by what we experienced during our stay.
Kind and caring staff who go the extra mile and then some, a terrific SPA, great food at every venue at reasonable prices and value-for-money. This was our 5th visit to Siem Reap - we've now found our new favourite place to stay.

Cons:

Was a little disappointed with the degustation fine-dining experience at the restaurant. It was a little off the mark eg some dishes were a little overcooked and we were not especially keen on the balance of flavours.

Excellent Hotel in a great location in Siem Reap
Pros:

A fantastic hotel in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room immaculate, beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was of the highest quality from towels to bedding. The coffee pod machine was a real bonus. The room was serviced twice a day too.
The pool area was beautifully set in manicured gardens with ample shade and pool towels provided.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious and high quality. The on-site bar served excellent cocktails and had live music in the evenings.
A great hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing hotel and staff!
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful! They helped us out finding a great driver for a tour around Angkor and even suggested we could check out a couple hours late so we could shower after the tour. The breakfast was amazing too! Highly recommend!

Memorable Stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

The hospitality, the grounds and rooms all were top-rate.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn’t like. The workout room could be larger and the coursed meal at the main restaurant was only OK given the array of options nearby.
