Pros:

We stayed in the Bensley Pool Villa to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish.

A special mention to our butler, Sokha, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She and her team even surprised me with a birthday cake and bouquet of flowers, which made the celebration extra special.

Sokha also arranged our sunrise temple tour and recommended an amazing guide, Som. He is extremely knowledgeable, his explanations are fascinating to listen to, and he also takes incredible photos.

Overall, we were very impressed by the hospitality and personalised service. Would happily stay again.

A perfect luxury stay

A fabulous luxury hotel, totally perfect. The staff great, personable and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool area fab. Restaurant and bar both great - happy hour was a real treat. Franklin and Tony gave exceptional service

We stayed 6 nights and were very lucky to have Daly providing us exceptional service , advice and helping plan an itinerary for our adventures.
She is a fabulous young lady that is positively on her way to the top in management regardless of where she works.
The hotel is extremely well run and luxurious in every respect.
