Lot of instagramable corners!
Pros:

The exterior design and gardens are 5-star and truly amazing. Unfortunately, the room experience didn't match my expectations. I chose this hotel specifically for the Bill Bensley design, only to find out my room was in a different building without that signature style. It was a letdown considering that was my primary reason for staying here. The personal Top Top Top!!!!

Cons:

We didn’t liked the gym was the smallest I've ever seen—completely inadequate. I
also felt misled by the room; I expected the iconic Bensley decor but was put in a different wing that felt very basic.

Pros:

Our first floor room near the pool was perfect after long hot days of touring.

Cons:

The price was high. It reflected US rates rather than Cambodia rates. The laundry service rates were also v high. There was no chest of drawers to put your clothing.

ausserdordentlich freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, tolles und sehr gut geschultes Personal, sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderschöner Pool-Anlage. Hier ist alles sehr hochwertig - eine perfekte Oase.

Cons:

unser kleiner Wermutstropfen war eine kleine Gruppe von Benelux-Leuten, die sich am Pool der allgemeinen ruhigen Atmosphäre nicht anpassen konnten und den Poolrand als ihre Bier-Bar nutzten.

Everything. Immaculate property, amazing room, great facilities (Shinta Mani signature massage highly recommended after thousands of steps around the temples), unforgettable dining experiences and best in class staff. A special thank you to Peter and Daly for making feel at home during my entire stay. I could not recommend this property enough! Don’t think - book!
