The pool, waffle maker
The morning front desk woman very rude we had a king size room suite well we complained 2 nights in a row they had 4 rooms of kids and families they were running screaming and yelling at the kids well when we said we were here for vacation they said well we cant move them it will be hard moving 4 rooms so they moved us to a much smaller king size and said if they were sold out. She was very rude and turned getting when yelling at me. And she said if you want a reduced rate you have to call booking.com and then was rude to my wife nasty looks my wife would smile at her, and she just rolled her eyes very ghetto and unprofessional.

Déjeuner exécrable. Après 8h45 (ça ferme à 9h30) plus de ravitaillement, « on en a plus ». Pas de variété. Une journée de la saucisse et le lendemain des œufs. Jamais les deux en meme temps. Les vitres de la chambre embuées et malpropres.
Par contre la piscine extérieure c’était parfait.
La malpropreté. Tous les tapis étaient sales et aucun entretien. Nous sommes arrivés le mercredi, il y avait des papiers parterre. Nous sommes repartis le samedi et les papiers étaient toujours là !
Le personnel, sans être impoli, n’avait rien de sympathique. Une fois facturé réglé, ils ne nous regardait même pas ! Hôtel très humide. Je semble difficile, ce n’est pas le cas mais à près de 300$ la nuit, j’ai le droit de m’attendre à un peu mieux. A notre arrivée, le commis m’a dit de réserver directement avec eux la prochaine fois, qu’ils avaient de meilleurs prix que Booking.com. Quand je lui ai demandé combien couterait une nuit déplus au cas, le prix était plus élevé de 100$ que Booking.com ! À mon avis, c’est tenu par des gens qui se foutent de la clientèle.
Close to West Dennis beach, 10 mins ride
It is a 2 star hotel, rugs are old and smelly, bathroom needs updates and we found multiple bugs on the duvet, disgusting 🫣 😑. The breakfast is also very limited, bagels, oatmeal, either eggs or sausages but not with at the same time and cereal. Very limited. We didn't use the pool but the outdoor one is tiny.

The property is a bit run down for the price, floor in the dining area was sticky at breakfast, there was an odd smell in the room and no soap

The building had no elevator, so dragging luggage to the 2nd floor was not pleasant. The facility was old and could use some updating. In today's market the price was a little high all things considered.
I have been staying at The Ambassador Inn & Suites in South Yarmouth for the past 5 years, and I continue to return because of the outstanding experience they provide. In fact, I enjoy my stay so much that I request the same room each year.
The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The towels are always smell fresh, the bed linens are crisp and spotless, and the rooms are comfortable and inviting. It is clear that the cleanliness is a top priority for the staff.
The complimentary continental breakfast offers a nice variety of selections, making it easy to start the day off right. I also appreciate the amenities, including both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as an indoor hot tub, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cape Cod.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. A special mention goes out to the owner, Peter. He is always on site, personally checking to make sure guests are enjoying their stay and making himself available if anyone needs assistance. His dedication is evident and everything he does. I've even seen him helping with the laundry, proof that no task is beneath him when it comes to ensuring a great guest experience.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcome in place to stay on Cape cod, I highly recommend Ambassador Inn & Suites. Their commitment to customer service and attention to detail keep me coming back year after year. Definitely five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We rented two rooms for two nights in late July so that our family could attend a wedding in Yarmouth. We had a great experience at Ambassador Inn. The room was clean and well kept; family members enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub; and the staff was extremely helpful.
