With the exception of a couple of things, everything else went well.

Cons:

The mirror in the bathroom was very dim and I couldn't see well enough to put on my make up for the event that evening. Also, I had a bad ankle and had to climb all those stairs to my room.

There isn't enough of pool materials for swimmers who doesn't know how to swim,needs a little more updates no elevators, most windows on the second floor doesn't open

We were a group of seniors with mobility issues & they put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We asked to b moved but they said they were full, which they were not.

Location convenient. Loved the fact there was indoor/outdoor pool options.

Cons:

Indoor pool cold, hot tub Luke warm. Room was right above entry so door slams, and very loud. Not given option for first or second floor. I know it’s my mistake for not making sure it’s 100% ADA but definitely not. For size of hotel 2 handicap spots.

I probably won’t stay here again.
Cons:

The property is very dated and worn. The parking lot is not lit so it was very unnerving to come and go at night as a solo traveler.
There was a function one night in the breakfast room behind the pool. I could hear it in my room on the other side of the building. I had a hard time getting to sleep that night.
