Our front service staff were amazing. They made the stay good, despite some hiccups in the beginning and the construction that was going on

It was clean and good breakfast

Nothing. Booking com never informed me that the hotel was under renovation and the pool was closed. No fitness center. When I booked with you under special request if I could get a roll in shower. The toilet was so low that at 4 in the morning I had to use the bathroom in the lobby. I have a prosthetic leg which makes things very difficult. One elevator was out of order. 2 cockroach on the floor alive in the dining area. I'm so disgusted.

The staff was nice and helpful. the hotel was being renovated, so the hotel had made accommodations with the hotel next door to allow its guests to use the pool. The hotel also was in a great location

We stayed here for the ASUN softball tourney earlier this month. Raffy and his team were amazing. Despite going through renovations, they worked hard to make our team’s stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our rooms were clean and housekeeping was top notch. Mrs. Brenda checked in on us each morning during breakfast and was very warm and welcoming. This Hampton is located in a prefect spot close to almost everything. I can’t wait to see how everything looks after getting a little facelift. We will be staying here again!

The front desk staff was amazing, sooooo friendly and full of life they made our day. We need more people like them in this world. Especially the lady that checked us in on Friday ,10/10 ❤️❤️

The staff was super friendly and respectful. Breakfast was sample but good and area was amazing. The location is prefect because it's surrounded by all types of restaurants. I did not come in contact was ONE rude person! That's hard to find these days. I recommend this place to all. Not fancy but well kept and clean with great stuff!

I made a reservation using points. Because I’m a diamond for life member, I got a free upgrade, which I did not want and planned to ask for my original room when I got to the hotel. Half an hour before check in time, the hotel called to inform me that they had a water issue. They had rooms available still but because I used points to book my room, they needed me to cancel my reservation and rebook it. As I have booked and stayed over 1,000 times in Hilton products I am well aware that if you cancel a reservation the points do not immediately become available and can take 24 hours to show up. I did not have enough points to rebook and when I asked them what I was supposed to do since they had already canceled my room, they told me that I was welcome to go to another hotel. When I asked for the “manager” that I was speaking with’s name she refused to provide her name and instead provided the general managers information and then hung up on me. Multiple times throughout the interaction both the person who called and then the “manager” spoke over me, were rude and condescending, and told me that I wasn’t listening to them when they obviously didn’t understand their own product. They didn’t do what was necessary to keep a relationship with the customer and should really consider whether customer service is what they want to do for a living. What should have been a seamless transaction turned into a nightmare. Worst Hilton experience in over 20 years of being a loyal customer.
