Pros:

日本語を話せるスタッフが居て初めてウランバートル旅行に安心でした。
スフバートル広場に歩いて行ける場所で、バス道に面していて又コンビニにも近く便利でした。

バスの乗り方や荷物の預かりなどさまざまな相談に乗っていただき、丁寧に応対いただきました。

1点、迎えにきた（宿泊客でない）ドライバーさんが朝食をしっかりと食べているのが少し気になってしまいました。

近くにコンビニやレストラン、ショッピングモールがあり便利。
スフバートル広場など中心地も徒歩圏内でとてもよかったです。
スタッフさんは日本語を話せる方もいて安心でした。
自分で手配したタクシーが来なくて困っていた所、フロントの方がすぐに別のタクシーを手配して下さりとても助かりました。
すごく丁寧に対応してくださって嬉しかったです。

Pros:

立地に関しては最高です。2点気になることがありました。①初日は夕方風呂に入ったのですが、十分に暖かいお湯が出ました。次の日は夜１０時ごろシャワーからはほぼ水に近いぬるま湯しか出てきませんでした。②朝食のグレードは低いです。期待できません。コーヒーはかなり薄いです。でも、日本語が通じるので、次回もとまります。

設備も新しく綺麗で、日本人も多く日本のホテル同様の安心感がありました。朝食は食べれないことはなかったですが日本の東横インとは少し違います。滞在中は日本語を話せるスタッフさんは不在でしたが、英語を話すスタッフさんに丁寧に対応いただきました。

スフバートル広場までバスで10分ほどです。徒歩だと25分程。
朝食付きで日本語が通じました。野菜、米、味噌汁があり、良かったと思います。
朝食時間帯はエレベーターが混雑します。5分ぐらい待ちました。
部屋は十分な広さです。
近くにダイソーがありました。ダイソーの向かいには、TARA JAPAN SHOPという日本の食品や日用品を売っている店があり利用しました。

Pros:

　スフバートル広場から一本道でホテルまで来れ、2キロぐらい離れていたが、 景色を見ながら来るので歩いても気にならない距離でした。
　フロントには 日本語を話すスタッフの方がいらっしゃり大変助かりました。
　また近くには コンビニ、スーパー、銀行等があり便利、空港までのタクシーも 安く 手配してくれました。
　部屋はコンパクトですが 清潔、
生野菜はほとんどありませんでしたが、朝食付きで助かりました。
　また来ることがあればぜひ 利用したい、安くておすすめします。

Pros:

観光や買い物の中心まで片道徒歩30分、少し遠いと感じました。渋滞の多い街中でタクシーに乗るのも大変だし、初めての街でバスも難しいです。バスの乗り方案内とかあったら良いかも。
