It is in a fabulous location at the end of the most famous Calle 59 up against the ancient wall. The hacienda is classic although does need some updating which they say they are doing in next 20 months.

Lovely hotel, located in Campeche's historic district. The colonial era property is centered around an interior courtyard with ancient banyan trees, whose roots drape down the decaying walls of an ancient structure that occupied the site. A pool has been ingeniously built to snake around the remains of the old structure, allowing you to swim through the archways and grottos, having the effect, almost, of a Moorish bathhouse or spa.

The staff are uniformly warm and gracious. The breakfasts are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and full of "colonial charm."

Campeche itself is hidden gem. Now that the Maya train is up and running, with easy access from Cancun, it's hard to imagine it will stay untouched for much longer. So visit while you can

Excellent option while in Campeche. Restored historic building with excellent service, food, lovely personnel, walkable, easy and safe area.

Great location and comfortable room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Great location on quiet end of Calle 59 which has many shops/restaurants and is open only to pedestrian traffic.

El hotel es precioso, el servicio es EXTRAORDINARIO. Verdaderamente la amabilidad y atención del personal llama la atención.
La comida del restaurante es bastante buena, y está súper bien ubicado.

El hotel es bonito y las habitaciones son muy agradables. En general el personal es atento y amable. La cocina es su punto debil. Algunos alimentos son preparados con esmero y otros no tanto. Incluso algunos están mal condimentados, saben a nada. El personal es amable, pero en ocasiones no eficiente y se tardan mucho en servir los platillos. El resto del personal que no está en el comedor también es muy atento y servicial.

Todo excelente.

We enjoyed very much our 2 night stay. The team goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Very attentive. Hacienda Campeche has all the facilities you expect from a small city boutique hotel. They organised a special dinner for us at the front porch of the hotel, which was a very pleasant experience. We will come back.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, varios puntos turisticos a una distancia caminable. El restaurant rico y comodo, asi como el area de alberca. Las habitaciones amplias.
