Got off the train at Hamburg Hauptbahnhoff walked outside and straight over the road to the hotel in the centre of Hambu

Ein Abenteuer

Es war ruhig trotz Bauarbeiten.

Cons:

Das ich am 2 letzen Tag meines Aufenthalts noch das Zimmer aufgrund eines Wasserschadens wechseln musste. Das neue Zimmer war jedoch extrem kalt (im Feburar sehr unvorteilhaft) weil anscheinend etwas mit der Heizung nicht korrekt war. Daher musste ich das Zimmer erneut wechseln.

not much it was clean and the staff was friendly

Cons:

doors are slamming all the time.
renovations going on all day and of course nothing was mentioned during the booking or on arrival.
the worst wifi ever.....it never worked

Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt, vor allem, wenn man Bahnhofsnähe braucht.
Pros:

Perfekt gelegen direkt gegenüber vom Nordausgang des Hamburger Hauptbahnhofs. Zweckmäßige Ausstattung, Pluspunkt für den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Sehr vernünftiger Preis.

Cons:

Ein wenig hellhörig, Weckerklingeln aus dem Nachbarzimmer war zu vernehmen. Ärgerlich das WLAN - erst lahm, dann ganz aus. Es mag daran gelegen haben, dass mein Zimmer am Ende des Ganges war, aber dann muss man eben einen WLAN-Verstärker installieren, damit das Signal auch in die Ecke kommt.

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, ich konnte das Zimmer tauschen

Cons:

Baustelle im Hotel war laut, das erste Zimmer war winzig und roch modrig, es war kalt ( Heizung war zu schwach für den Schneetag)

Ideal für HH Wochenende
Pros:

Super Lage. Auch wenn es eigentlich „Bahnhofsgegend“ ist , kann man völlig unbesorgt auch nachts zurück ins Hotel kommen. Alles Safe ! Gutes Zimmer. Schönes Bad.

Podobała mnie się tylko lokalizacja i czystość w pokoju. Niestety tylko w pokoju

W dniu przybycia powitała mnie bardzo nieprzyjemna pani odnosząca się dosyć arogancko jakbym był intruzem. Wiedziałem, że doba zaczyna się o 15, ale ponieważ przybyłem do Hamburga wcześniej chciałem powiadomić, że jestem i zostawić bagaż oraz ewentualnie poczekać. Usłyszałem: " tu nie ma gdzie czekać, a bagaż możesz zostawić za windą i przyjdź o godz. 15. Dodam, że tego dnia była paskudna pogoda - wiatr i lał deszcz.Oczywiście o 15 była już kolejka, a meldowanie jednej osoby zajmowało 10 do 15 minut i przez to się spóźniłem na spotkanie. Pokoik malutki z łóżkiem pod samym oknem, a łazieneczka dla krasnoludków, żeby skorzystać z toalety, albo wytrzeć się po kąpieli trzeba otworzyć drzwi do łazienki, a kabina prysznicowa tak mała, że można tylko stać na baczność.. Jak na pokój dwuosobowy to super rozwiązanie, można się podglądać. Poza tym faktyczna cena wyższa niż potwierdzona przez Booking.com

Cons:

Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut. Dies hat zur Folge das es ziemlich dreckig ist. Auch auf meinem Zimmer. Vom Baulärm muss man gar nicht erst anfangen.
Darüber hinaus wurde plötzlich von Handwerkern meine Zimmertür geöffnet ohne vorher anzuklopfen. Geht gar nicht. Ich bezahle das Zimmer damit ich dieses ungestört für mich alleine nutzen darf.
Sonst ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man hört den Wecker im Nebenzimmer und fast jedes Wort.
Beim Frühstück war die Milch sauer.
Alles in allem kann man das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
