Quarta estava com restos de comida no frigobar, não havia shampoo no Dispenser do banho, as chaves desconfiguravam do nada, desde o momento que fomos entrar a primeira vez no quarto, bem como todas as vezes que saíamos e voltavamos, o ar de um dos quartos não funcionou na primeira noite e mesmo após avisarmos sobre a falta de shampoo, qdo arrumaram o quarto, não abasteceram, as camas não são confortáveis, os colchões estão bem gastos, enfim, decepcionante.
