The breakfast. It was the same as all others and not the greatest.
Quiet
Good reception service and breakfast are nice , room are clean
Nice clean room.
Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in a hotel in quite awhile (usually the eggs are runny or dried out). The pool was cold but appeared clean.
The Fairfield hotel did not disappoint as it was as expected very clean, quite and in a good location in Anchorage
We were three very senior ladies on a girls trip. Fairfield worked out just fine for our 2 day stay in Anchorage.
There was nothing remarkable but that said there were no negative surprises. As expected and advertised
The road noise is horrible. Stated here 2 years ago and it was load as well but now it’s hard to go to sleep with it being so load.
The air conditioner leaks in the room so if you are walking around in your socks they will get soaked. Called the front desk and they said they were aware of the problem in other rooms but not this one. Didn’t have another room the could move to since this was one I had to moved to because I found people clothes in the floor from my last room. Clearly they are not cleaning the rooms with clothes in the floor.
Worst hotel we stayed at out of 4 hotels we stayed at in Alaska.
Comfortable beds with lots of pillows, bathroom amenities, and full breakfast every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the layout of the seating in the breakfast room and lobby with tables that sat groups of various sizes.
Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
I stayed here four nights and spent an extra $150 on rides to and from town for dinner, site seeing etc. For the most part, the staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. However, Doreen is not helpful and provided false information about shuttle availability.
Breakfast is just ok. The average, free hotel breakfast.
This hotel is on a busy road. Do everything you can to get an odd numbered room. You will hear a lot of road noise in the halls with rooms X10 - X18.
Can the TV channel in the lobby be changed? Doreen said they are are not allowed to change the channel. If this is true, then just turn it off.
We had 3 rooms travelled for cruise. Accommodated 1 hour early check in for one room, excellent airport shuttle service - zero wait time at airport, clean well stocked room. Excellent front desk staff!
Great place. Near airport
Friendly staff, shuttle to airport that's why we stayed. B fast free to guest but we left too early to try it out. Rooms clean modern bath comfortable beds quiet hotel. Would stay there again if flying out. Not near the main Anchorage are like 4th, and 5th avenues. Will have to drive if wanting to go city center.
