Pros:

The beds were comfy. And I liked the 2 queen room with bunk beds.

Cons:

I didn't like to look off the room needs lots of repairs... the pool was very dirty. They ran out of bath towels so they gave us the smallest pool towels to bathe with. They had a laundry room and had no quarters so we can use them....

Disabled Room was too small for wheel chair between beds. Closet was too flimsy, broke, chged room.

The tables to sit & eat WERE UNSTABLE. I almost flipped table over two times. I managed to keep table from spilling food on the floor. But, I did overturn beverage cup drink all over table top. the package of hot sauce was very disappointing. For a South Texas breakfast bar, the package of hot sauce was too small & not spicey (hot) enough. Not enough time to get to the food. We needed more time to serve ourselves before area closed. If cereal, fruit, danish plus milk & coffee was available an hour later than the hot food would be nice for late sleepers. I slept late & almost missed Sunday morning breakfast all together. Milk & juice in small cartons would be better for everyone.

Ugly Smell, and uncomfortable!

Rooms smell like wet fabric. For our family of 4 there was only 2 towels in the restroom, and the mattress was very thin. Im sorry, but I thought holiday Inn EXPRESS were nicer than that.

Pros:

Dead roaches in the hall way. First room shower head leaked, bed looked unmade. Second room smell like a smoker room, third room had two bugs, one was dead (they picked up- shower looked new-we stayed here) bed was terriblily uncomfortable and they showed us a fourth room while smell like a smoker room!
Supervisor could not give me any credit as they said Hotel.com had to issue us one as we couldn’t opt out since I had prepaid.
Managers tried to accommodate us with different rooms even tho they were unsatisfactory. They offered a credit but said we needed to contact hotels.com.
Presently, we are asking for a credit from hotels.com.

Pros:

Musty smell, and damp feeling in the room. AC was set at 65 and worked very well (too well). Definitely needs instructions on how to turn on the shower posted in the rooms.
