Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka.
Pros:

Very nice hotel located between two subway station stops so made it easy to move around the city. Rooms were great in size with nice showers. Laundry room was on our floor and the washing machines accepted Suica. I would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft bot ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen, war äusserst praktisch und wurde von einigen Gästen genutzt. Die moderne Einrichtung entsprach unserem Geschmack und wir freuten uns über das geräumige Badezimmer. Unser Zimmer bot einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Die Lage war ideal, mit der Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, sowie zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zu dieser Unterkunft bieten andere Hotels den Service an, das Gepäck der Gäste entgegenzunehmen und aufs Zimmer zu bringen, was man von einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Enttäuschend war auch der Zustand der Waschmaschine, die augenscheinlich schon länger nicht gereinigt worden war. Zudem konnten einige Geräte aufgrund unzureichender Steckdosenleistung, beispielsweise für europäische Glätteisen, nicht verwendet werden. Zu guter Letzt kam es beim Duschen gelegentlich zu plötzlichen Temperaturwechseln und einem nachlassenden Wasserdruck, bevor es wieder in die ursprüngliche Grundeinstellung zurückkehrte.

Will not be returning did not enjoy my state or the city
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The location was good. That’s about the only thing I liked about it.

Cons:

For the price of the room, the room was very small too expensive to have a small room. Also the dining area the breakfast was very limited. Food was not good. It takes too long to come out was not exceptional at all. They didn’t really explain too much about the breakfast all around not good experience.

Buena ubicación lejos del ruido.
Pros:

La ubicación ( a media hora andando de dotombori) y la amabilidad del personal. Nos ayudaron a reservar en un sitio para cenar. La cama súper cómoda.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación y la falta de armario como tal, pero es algo generalizado en Japón.
