プラス、マイナスが相殺して普通
Pros:

清潔綺麗、ベッド寝心地が良い、朝食がかなり美味しい！

Cons:

フロント女性の対応が凄く悪い、敬語なら良いってもんじゃ無い！
慇懃無礼でわざと小声でわざと早口で、イヤミな感じ。
更にプランどうりの朝食件も渡してくれなかった。

Estancia de lujo en el centro de Osaka
Pros:

El hotel es muy comodo, y tiene unas vistas únicas a la ciudad. Muy comodo para moverse en metro, y está en una gran zona. Totalmente recomendable.

Ogólnie pobyt udany, Osaca ciekawa i ma do zaoferowania fajne miejsca do odwiedzenia

Super lokalizacja, duży wybór na śniadaniu

Cons:

Brak szafy, mieliśmy pokój trzy osobowy i było dość ciasno biorąc pod uwagę że nie było miejsca na walizki. Śniadanie do 10.00 ale o 9:30 personel już pospieszał gości aby na pewno wyszło o 10:00

Nice hotels, rooms small.
Pros:

The situation is very good, just 4 minutes from metro station in a nice area. Beds were confortable. The personnel was very attentive and the views of the city were nice.

Cons:

The room is small for the quality of the hotel. On Saturday night the main street by the hotel was very busy with traffic noise.
