Incredible stay in Osaka, definitely would stay again!
Pros:

Stayed for 5 nights, it’s ideally located in Umeda district - very close to two metro stops so getting anywhere in Osaka or Himeji/Nara was incredibly easy. Hotel itself is amazing, very clean - staff is courteous and very helpful (we needed medical attention and they helped us immediately to connect to an international clinic)… Our room was nice and big for Japanese standards. View from window was incredible on 18th floor - comfortable bed. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, and 7/11 just opposite the road ;)

Cons:

Only thing I’d say is that we had a table on one side of the bed, and not the other. Just being picky here - so much thought is put into these tiny details so pointing it out incase they can adjust it :)

Ottimo soggiorno a Osaka
Pros:

Albergo moderno ma elegante, pulito e silenzioso nonostante sia posizionato su una strada principale di Osaka. Molto comodo per visitare la città, vicino ai mezzi e a circa 30 minuti a piedi da Dotonbori. La Lounge per il piano executive era molto ampia e ben fornita di cibo e bevande per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata.

It was okay, but I wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

Decent location, only 1 train stop from Shinsaibashi. Staff were friendly and room serviced every day. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet had a terrible selection, the food was all cold. All of the cutlery was filthy and had dried food on it. It made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and completely put me off eating there. The reception staff weren’t the most helpful with laundry and pillows. We ended up purchasing pillows from downstairs as both my partner and I couldn’t sleep on the pillows. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Teleurstellend.
Pros:

Het uitzicht vanuit de lobby en hotel kamers

Cons:

De bedden en dat het ouderwets was. De bedden waren super klein. Er was ruimte voor een kast met kunst in de kamer, maar dat had beter bedoeld kunnen zijn voor opberg ruimte.

Het personeel kon niet goed helpen om ons te helpen aan een andere kamer.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous !
Pros:

Gorgeous and 7 min walk to station 20 mins from central Osaka in total x , 7/11 literally right downstairs and it’s gorgeous x the rooms are nice and warm and staff are soo lovely. Breakfast was great too! A variety of options . I stayed in the standard king room x

Cons:

The only thing is I don’t think they have an onsen/relaxing bath. They do have gyms though but I would have loved that knowing how gorgeous the hotel was x
