Pros:

Rooms are lovely and spacious.
Facilities and rooms are cleaned daily.
Reception 24 hours.
Beds comfortable
This is our second time staying at the property
Location is great, close to Homachi station and Yodabashi station
1 stop from Umeda station

Cons:

Breakfast is limited with western options also breakfast closes at 10am

Pros:

The room was beautiful and comfortable, including the bathroom. The view was amazing and we also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't love is that there was an iron in the room but it missed the cable, so you have to contact the reception to be able to use it.

Very good hotel with nice location and facilities. But customer service is lower than Kyoto/Tokyo.
Cons:

It is a difference between Kyoto and Tokyo’s customer services. Osaka ‘s hotel team were not as nice and kind with foreign travelers as the other cities. It is very notable.

Fijn hotel op goede locatie.
Pros:

Goede locatie en ruime kamer. Ons vliegtuig vertrok pas erg laat maar we konden gelukkig voor zo’n 30 euro een late check-out krijgen (tot 14.00 uur), dus dat was heel fijn. Verder hadden wij een goede prijs omdat we pas erg laat hadden geboekt. En mooi uitzicht vanuit onze kamer.
Wij twijfelden qua locatie trouwens tussen de buurt rondom Osaka station (umeda) en dit hotel; maar zijn heel blij dat we voor dit hotel hebben gekozen. Er zaten een aantal leuke koffie tentjes en bakkertjes in de buurt en alle winkels bij Shinshaibashi en dotonbori liggen op zo’n 20 minuten lopen.

Cons:

Dit was ons laatste hotel van de reis. In andere hotels kregen we gratis drankjes in de koelkast of in de lobby, en snacks etc. Bij dit hotel kregen we eigenlijk niks extra. Normaal zouden we dat ook niet verwachten; maar we zijn een beetje verwend geraakt op onze reis door Japan.
