Great location with great views from lobby, lounge and dining areas.
There is the main hotel and across the road blocks of accomodation units. That was not made clear on booking so no option to book main hotel rooms. Had to cross road in cold/drizzle for dinner/breakfast checkin checkout.
A fantastic hotel for a family stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were great! Breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing entertainment for our daughter! There was a small kids room as well which provided some downtime entertainment.
Friendly and helpful staff. Tours were available at the hotel and simple to book.
Nice rooms with a cozy, old world charm.
I wish the door on the first floor was open so you could get to street level from the hotel grounds.

El chef del restaurante buenísimo. Maravillosas las opciones, una delicia y ricos vinos.
La mala calidad del jabón, el shampoo y no había acondicionador. Se supone era un 2x1, pero pésima calidad.
La habitación pequeña pero confortable.
Avoir un petit appartement était idéal pour des vacances en famille, nous permettant de faire nos propres repas.
La vue sur le volcan Osorno et le lac était magnifique.
Le petit déjeuner inclus était de grande qualité et bien diversifié.
La piscine avec eau chauffée est belle et plus qu'agréable, d'autant plus qu'il y a une glissade pour les enfants.
S'il y avait la possibilité de ralentir la porte d'entrée donnant accès aux Eco cabanas lorsqu'elle ferme, ça fera moins de bruits et vibrations pour l'ensemble des résidents des unités. Mais c'est très minime comme désagrément, sauf si quelqu'un quitte très tôt et ne fait pas attention ou si des enfants passent leur temps à entrer et sortir.
Todo, la cabaña hermosa, amplia y súper cómoda con vistas hermosas al lago.
El restaurante muy lindo también y la piscina del hotel con un diseño muy bello
La temperatura del agua de la piscina rondaba los 30 grados, en invierno para mí gusto podría estar unos dos o tres grados más arriba
Las habitaciones
La picina está fuera del hotel, mal eso en verano niun problema, pero en invierno horrible el cambio de temperatura. Deberían hacer una pasada por dentro del hotel.

Demasiada bulla en las noches con Karaoke y música en vivo. Se escuchaba en las habitaciones el ruido. No tenía conocimiento que habían distintos tipos de habitaciones y la que utilice no tenía buena vista al lago.
Desayuno, ubicación.
Cama de la pieza 614 con un “hoyo” en la parte central del colchón que impide dormir de buena manera. Es URGENTE el cambio de ese elemento. De igual manera, salimos de la pieza a las 10:30 de la mañana y regresamos a las 14:00 horas del día sábado 9 de mayo y la pieza no estaba hecha, pese a que se colocó el letrero exterior en la puerta para que se hiciera el aseo.
