Fantastic location overlooking the lake.

No water or kettle in the room.
Food in the restaurant and bar was mediocre at best.
Had to pay for meals at the time rather than putting them on the room.

Pros:

We loved the location and room with the lake view. The breakfast was also good and had the most variety we had in Chile. All the staff were lovely and helpful.

A Good Hotel if you are on a Bus Tour
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Great view of the water and mountains.
The facilities itself is beautiful. Has everything needed to enjoy your stay; A pool, spa, good restaurants, bar, gathering rooms,
24 hrs reception. The room was large and comfortable after we figured out the heater. Very clean. Comfortable enough bed. Free secure parking.

Cons:

This hotel is designed and used for bus tours.
If you are looking for a Chilean experience, this is not the place. You will feel like you never left The United States. The food is American, the music is English and old. Think Frank Sinatra era. The atmosphere is designed to please the older generation of retired travelers who are mostly English speaking.
My husband and I stayed for three nights. We were not a part of the bus tours. We found that all but one staff member was what we would call rude or indifferent to our needs or questions.
It felt almost as if the staff resented needing to give service to anyone White and English speaking. I should mention that we had been traveling on a self drive tour of Chile for the past two weeks before staying at this hotel. We had not encountered this type of attitude from anyone on our journey up to this point. In fact, we so appreciated Chilean hospitality and patience as we managed the language barrier of English to Spanish. The staff certainly made our stay at this beautiful hotel a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

La vista al lago, lo único rescatable del hotel.

Cons:

La atención fría y despersonalizada de todo el personal, la pileta a 50 mts del hotel, la habitación 707 inviable por sus dimensiones y altura del techo, la comida del restaurante insípida y tibia cuando debía ser un plato caliente.

Lage super, Zimmer nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag wahrscheinlich im Älteren Teil des Hauses und war renovierungsbedürftig. Lampen sehr veraltet und eine ging nicht. Die Fugen im Bad unsachgemäß überarbeitet. Der Duschkopf locker an der Wand.
Der nächtliche Lärm von kleinen Strand war zum Glück nicht lange.
