Hotel muito bem localizado e com uma vista linda para o lago. Ficamos em uma cabana com sala de estar e mini cozinha, muito confortável. Calefacao e chuveiro bem quentes.
A piscina aquecida não era muito quente, o ambiente nem a água das piscinas.

La comida sin mucha variedad para almorzar , la piscina muy llena , muchos gritos y sucia el agua , mi hija se enterró algo en su pie , y estuvo todo el resto del viaje con muchas molestias
La ubicación, las instalaciones, piscina temperada perfecta para niños.
En recepción no nos dieron toda la informacion, tuvimos que ir preguntando nosotros. Por ejemplo no teníamos idea que había un espacio de juegos para niños entre otras cosas.
Si bien el desayuno estaba muy variado, faltó más variedad de dulces y bollería
el desayuno muy bueno. A la noche habia espectaculos locales eso fue un extra. Hermosa estadia
la pileta estaba afuera del hotel y llena de niños pequeños no la pudimos disfrutar
el desayuno muy rico y variado, la piscina 10 de 10 a mi hija le encanto.-

El desayuno es muy muy bueno, mucha variedad, rico y tiene opciones veganas sin lactosa sin gluten.
La calefacción de las habitaciones es horrible!, no se dirige desde la habitación. En la noche pase un poco de frío y en la mañana era tanto el calor que teniendo todas las ventanas abiertas, tuvimos que abrir la puerta hacia el pasillo e intentar refrescar un poco.
El baño de la habitación muy incomodo, es muy grande y tiene un vanitorio ridiculamente chico e incomodo. La ducha antigua con mal look, si bien el agua y potencia rica no se podia dirigir, te cae literalmente en la cara . Muy incómodo.

El desayuno muy bueno, los espacios muy cómodos y el hotel muy agradable en general.
Se demoraron 1 hora en entregarme la pieza, fue incómodo y veníamos cansados.
Todo lo relacionado con la piscina podría mejorar, la temperatura, la disponibilidad de toallas y el camarín de cambio.

El sistema de lockers del spa. Hace falta más seguridad en pasillo de piscina, muy resbaladizo, niños cayeron sin correr. El agua de la piscina podría estar 1-2 grados más.
