Not the best, with the room we were given.
Pros:

Friendliness of staff at reception.

Cons:

Our room was on the bottom floor and smelt damp. Probably due to the water leaking in through the escape door in the corridor, and soaking the hallway carpet. The problem was the same as we experienced 2 weeks before when we stayed. The room on floor 5, which we used a week ago,
was much better.
The electricity supply in the room was poor and needs improving, if you wish to charge appliances.

Las instalaciones fueron lo esperado. Lo mejor fue la calidad del servicio

Cons:

Lamentablemente la habitación que utilizamos estaba al parecer ubicada junto a una bodega or storage area, y durante la noche habia constante ruido y movimiento. Inicialmente pensamos que habia trabajo de construccion ya que se sentia todos los dias al ir a dormir.

The location is excellent. Very wide choice at breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

We’d booked a lake view room. While there was a view of the lake it was partially obscured and could just see a small part of lake. If the view is important to you suggest checking with hotel you will have one of rooms with unobstructed view
