Pros:

El entorno y el paisaje. Esta tan bien ubicado que la vista es excepcional en un entorno maravilloso.

Cons:

La habitación hermosa pero tenia un tema con el TV, faltaba uno y el servicio de cable pesimo. La pileta hermosa, pero como estaba llena de niños parecia una colonia de vacaciones. Somos dos adultos y no nos sentiamos cómodos para disfrutarla.

Agradável, mas poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

O quarto era confortável e a vista para os vulcões era incrível, e o Spa era excelente. A massagem era muito boa.
A comida do restaurante do hotel era muito boa.

Cons:

1. A calefação era desligada durante o dia, ou seja, o quarto não tinha nenhum tipo de aquecimento ao longo do dia.
2. O aquecimento das toalhas no banheiro não era satisfatório e funcionava em poucos períodos.
3. Poucos funcionários se esforçavam para entender ou ajudar turistas estrangeiros que não falavam espanhol.

No lo volvería a elegir
Pros:

Habitación linda. Todo limpio y cuidado.

Cons:

La pileta es climatizada pero fría. Hay una tina caliente incluida que no anda y una tina caliente que se paga extra que si anda. La habitación no tiene ni dos sillas ni pava eléctrica ni nada adicional. La comida del restaurante no me pareció buena por el precio y el desayuno normal.

Excelente pero mejorable!
Pros:

Todo muy limpio, excelente servicio, piscina muy relajante y grande. Cuando salíamos tarde, de todas formas al llegar la cama estaba hecha, todo nos limpiaban y reponían lo que habíamos ocupado. Todo el personal muy amable y respetuoso! Muy buena estadía!

Cons:

Que no habían hervidores en las habitaciones para poder tomarse algo caliente (te/ cafe) y que en el desayuno buffet las degustaciones dulces ( kuchen - pie - queques) estaban muy secos.
