Las vistas desde las estancias son increíbles. Tienes visión de todo el pueblo y de lago Lanquihue así como del Volcán Osorno.

Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable room with view of lake. Best breakfast in whole of our trip. Excellent pool where I could swim laps with a view of the lake and sunset. No complaints!

We had a cabana suite which was spacious and had great views of the lake. Reception were helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.
The porters and door people were unfriendly. The tour advisor did not speak English which is a little odd and we gave up and went to the tourist office on the lake in town. The cabana suites are a short walk to the hotel - in the rain is a little uncomfortable. Shower curtain in a bath shower not really up to modern standards.
The location is beautiful
The cabanas aren’t soundproof and management didn’t do anything about noisy partying guest. Also, the hot breakfast buffet options are horrible. When we needed some help, we called over 5 times and had to walk up the front desk, just to find the staff members chatting amongst themselves.
If you want good breakfast and attentive staff, stay at the Radisson.

Excelente atencion, muy buen desayuno. Las vistas de la pieza ( nos toco 5to piso) , muy buenas al lago y el centro.La pileta cubierta es muy grande, excelente y ademas cochera cubierta. Hay restaurant con muy buena comida y el bar con horarios extendidos tambien con muy buena variedad

Nos dejaron en una pieza que está al fondo de un pasillo y en un altillo por el que había que subir por una escalera estrecha. Era incómodo para el desplazamiento de maletas.
