Cons:

No se señaló que en la habitación había hervidor eléctrico, lavaplatos y losa básica. Saber eso previamente a la reserva, hubiera sido de utilidad.

Hotel encantador e charmoso com vista para o lago
Pros:

O hotel mantem o encanto e o charme da cidade de clima frio, quartos silenciosos, localização privilegiada com vista para o lago, cama e travesseiros macios, café da manha com muita variedade e opções para intolerantes a lactose e glúten. Bar e restaurante muito aconchegantes com ótimos pratos.

Cons:

Durante a estadia tivemos dificuldade com a agua para o banho, que não aquecia suficientemente. Foi chamado a manutenção para revisar, tendo demorado muito para solucionar. Demais dias, a agua também não aquecia suficientemente.
