La area de la piscina tiene muchas areas que siguen en construcción , además tube inconveniente en la bañera de la habitación y estaba al lado del area de lavado la cual no me agrado mucho , ya que se escucha muchos ruido a de las lavadora y casi no dormí ,también solicite una cuna y no me la Colocaeon en la habitación

Dirty, construction, housekeeping did not come to our room and provide service. No one was ever at the front desk when we were there.

There is very low lighting in the pool,you can’t see who’s swimming once the sun goes down and that’s a safety issue, even when i told them, nothing happened.I also got charged twice and they denied it. I had to call my credit card so they could open and investigation.
Friendly super helpful staff. Good breakfast, clean, comfortable room. Pool is a big plus when you have kids after a long journey.

Room temps are one extreme or the other. Shower is very hard water pressure. No ventilation in bathroom.
My reservations got messed up, and the staff here were amazing and fixed it. The room and entire hotel was clean. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

The room being on the first floor was helpful.
The room was very tight. We brought a pack and play to use for a 8 month old baby but was difficult to find an area to set it up. The only chair in the room was a computer type chair. Not much room for 3 adults and a baby.
